It's a good place with fair prices. The only issue is they need to update hours. I've gone 3 times in last 2 weeks and they aren't open. No signs explaining if they are closed for the year or times have been changed

I recently visited this business and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The staff were rude and unhelpful, particularly when I asked for assistance with my order vector was wrong! The lady at the window taking orders got my order WRONG even after she repeated my order back to me and would not fix it! Another lady comes from the back talking crazy as well. It’s like they were incompetent unable to understand the issue . This experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Based on this, I cannot recommend Tastee Ice to others and will not be returning. Also the ice is just chopped up chunks of flavorless ice and over priced!!!!

A good snow cone is mostly about the ice…this is not at all smooth like snow, more like ground ice. Flavor is REALLY good, all 3 stars are for that. Overall a bit pricey for a cup of chopped ice.
