I recently visited this business and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The staff were rude and unhelpful, particularly when I asked for assistance with my order vector was wrong! The lady at the window taking orders got my order WRONG even after she repeated my order back to me and would not fix it! Another lady comes from the back talking crazy as well. It’s like they were incompetent unable to understand the issue . This experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Based on this, I cannot recommend Tastee Ice to others and will not be returning. Also the ice is just chopped up chunks of flavorless ice and over priced!!!!

A good snow cone is mostly about the ice…this is not at all smooth like snow, more like ground ice. Flavor is REALLY good, all 3 stars are for that. Overall a bit pricey for a cup of chopped ice.

Got to the window at 9:40. 20 minutes before closing just for them to tell me they don't have any add-ons for the snow cones because it has already been put up. How is that staying profitable for a business?

Not enough syrup in mine, obvious from the moment it was handed to me, already turning white on top.
We went there with no line, the lady greeted us immediately and although she didn't know what flavors in tigers blood or tutti frutti were, she handed us the "for fun" list of ingredients so we can see what they are. (Like camouflage is coke and lime)
Snow cone was delicious! Great shaved ice, nice flavors. We got 3 flavors, large, for $4.

This place always hits with the best snow cones I have ever had. I got the blue coconut with ice cream, and my mom got a rainbow with cream. OMG... THEY WERE SOO GOOD. Highly recommend.
0/10 will never try again! Horrible customer service! Snow cones watered down! Ask the young lady in the window which cup has the certain flavor’s because I ordered multiple, the dum mtf going to say they all different sizes !what are you slow! #1 you don’t listen #2can’t take orders and have the audacity to have an attitude and slam the window in my face and told me I’m holding up the line because I’m asking a question about my order! Rude and very unprofessional! Hiring these poor personality miserable ppl with no respect is bad for business! I will most definitely report that b****. desoto location!!! 0 stars for sure!
