I dont understand some of these reviews, im a white male (not that race of gender matter) and I was not greeted with dirty looks as some have said ... yes there is a language barrier due to my inability to speak Spanish, however there are translation apps which made ordering easy, the young woman who made my food was very friendly and the food was fantastic.

This place is full of bull. They up your prices once you check out. For 20 tacos 2 quesadillas $100! Told them I need a receipt and the person could not figure out how to give me one…. Apparently the tacos are $2.85 not like it says online or in the store .

Service was amazing! Atmosphere 10/10, although afterwards when I got back home (mind you the tacos were the only thing I ate that day) threw up everywhere constantly anout every hour, when I went to my doctor it was found that the tacos might of had a virus never again.

Overall food is decent, would be better if the meat didn't taste like it was reheated and with more authentic flavor.
A group of us went to Tava Tacos for lunch. The food was amazing. Very authentic taste. We devoured our food and actually wanted more but unfortunately we where to full. The prices seriously can not be beat. We had a Great Experience at this taco shop!

Fake taqueria, some kind of big yuppie gentrifier chain or something like that. Inauthentic, bad food, rude employee. Maybe 500 taquerias in Irving probably and this is the worst one, if you can even call it
