Great location but they're always out of flavors very early into the day considering their hours of operation. Customer service is hit or miss. Today's staff member was kind, last week (out of flavors then as well) the staff member was on the phone and barely acknowledged me or ask if I had any questions etc. Hopefully they can turn things around.

Walked in and the cashier was sitting outside, so we had to ask her to come in so we could check out. Nevertheless, the place was dirty and the ingredients were not fresh.

Extremely filthy and unfriendly. Wouldn’t come again

Very disappointed. We traveled for a weekend from Baton Rouge Louisiana. We went around 7pm to this location. We were told that they weren't serving any drinks because they were going to be busy and decided not to make any mixes for the drinks, so half of my group couldn't order and then the fruit punch soft serve wasn't working. The cashier was more in her phone then responding to us. She claim it was a full container hooked up and didnt know what was wrong and then went back to her phone and ignored us till we eventually left and went to another place on the property. I believe a performer name Bri was performing that night. Very disheartening to be a tourist and be treated like that when all the other places on the property were amazing.

I wonder if this location is a franchise. Because it seems to be not as properly maintained as the location on Mockingbird that I usually go too. The store was messy and the topping station was clean, but there was no other customers for the association to tend to that could have kept her from straightening it up. The associate didn't seem very concerned about my friend and I, but once another group of ppl that came in, who were of another race her customer service was top tier. I'll just stick to the Dallas location.

Wait a minute?! A TCBY? We were in the area for a concert and noticed the sign. We had to go in for old times’ sake. We had no idea they still existed! It feels like the 1990s again.

I like the way you can get your own and pay by the ounce. Naturally, I had to select the infamous White Chocolate Moose. Just as good as I remembered! We’ll definitely return when we’re in the area again. The restaurant was clean and modern.

As a bonus, they have a QR code to cover parking in the garage!!

Door says opens at 12:30, online says open at 10:00. Both were wrong.

I thought that this would be a great place. Turns out it’s NOT!!! There was only 3 flavors of yogurt to choose from and the girls behind the counter wasn’t very helpful! They were also out of hot fudge and a few of the other toppings! If I lived here o wouldn’t go back to this location! Yall need to work on your store and have things working properly!

The ice cream tastes off and they charge double the price compared to other TCBY locations in the DFW area.

This location is in a nice area and I expected way more—beware, it’s not well maintained. The topping bar was pretty messy and we sampled a soft serve flavor that I believe was spoiled. Ended up spending $10 on two very small portions of soft serve which I’m regretting. I hope we don’t get sick…

Unprofessional, the employee who was behind the counter was pressing us and not bothering the other couple across from us. He looked hispanic with a pink shirt wearing glasses. The first time he approached us was to let us know he was closing in 30 minutes and that it would be to go orders only, we politely told him that we were heading out soon. Not even 5 minutes later when we were almost finished eating the yogurt he comes up to us very rudely telling us we need to leave now, and approaches us aggressively with a broom all while he told nothing to the white couple across from us. I don’t think paying customers who were already going to make their way out have to deal with this type of harassment from workers. We have been here multiple times in past without issues, this employee’s interaction with us felt prejudiced, unprofessional and made us very uncomfortable.

What made this experience especially upsetting was the clear difference in treatment. While we were repeatedly pressured to leave eventually in an aggressive manner, the white couple across from us was left alone and allowed to leave at their own pace. It felt like we were being singled out, and that’s not acceptable.

Additionally, the store’s posted hours say it closes at 10 PM, so if there are different closing procedures, it would be helpful to update the information for transparency and to prevent situations like this. I hope management can address this issue so all customers feel welcome.

UPDATE: manager did call us to apologize for the situation, and took appropriate measures to ensure that this would not happen again. Thank you Tina!

I usually love coming here. Today the guy working was not in the front and 30 minutes before closing he tells us “to go orders only.” 5 minutes later tells us to leave so he can close the store. He kicked out 4 people total but was very rude to me and my girlfriend and not the other couple.

Update:
Two weeks later, the store reached out to apologize and communicated it was an oversight. They treated us to a complimentary desert. When we came back it felt more amicable. Me and my girl appreciate the gesture!

We just went there with my family, and my daughter in law and I got the chocolate flavor from
the machine handles on the wall and the ice cream/yogurt was totally spoiled - it tasted awful!! We told the girl there and she didn’t apologize she just took the sign off the wall - it just left a very bad taste in my mouth
