Grabbed some dinner with the fam… google says open til 10 and so does the door… it’s 8:49.. lady is mopping and said they are closed. She already put up the spoons. So only go when the employees feel like working. Maybe call ahead?

We stayed in the area over the weekend and we were pleasantly surprised to see a TCBY. We stopped on with a group of friends and the woman behind the counter was very helpful while we asked questions and talked for a couple of minutes.There were many flavors of soft serve and frozen yogurt available and many toppings to choose from.My frozen cookies & cream was delicious with a ton on toppings!

First froyo experience and was mot happy. no menu to tell you prices. So when I went to order 2 specialty drinks, an ice cream and 2 bottle drinks; I trusted that my order was taken properly and charged accordingly. Got everything but a specialty drink so I figured it was being made. Waited...waited... and waited. Had to go up and ask where my drink. She said that I didn't order and wasn't charged. Every upset seeing as it was my first experience at any froyo establishment.

We drove 25 minutes to get TCBY yogurt at the Irving location and when we got there they had no sample cups, they were out of strawberries, and had maybe 5-6 flavors to choose from. I’ve never been to a TCBY that didn’t have a minimum of 10 flavors. When we asked the girl working if they had sample cups she said they don’t offer samples. When we asked the girl working is she had more strawberries in the back she said she didn’t. They didn’t have normal flavors like strawberry. I’ve never had an experience like this at any TCBY. It just wasn’t run well and wasn’t prepared for guests. We left and went to another location.

The lady working there was very nice!The frozen yogurt was really good, and they have many good topping options, but there’s so many flies there, they need something to keep them away and pest traps.

So disappointed when I went here craving froyo to find basic flavors that didn't even taste good. I tried their cereal milk flavor, which tastes like cereal + milk in the most artificial way. Even their strawberry flavor tasted artificial. (How do you mess up strawberry...?)Topping selection was ok. Service was understandably slow, because I came after a concert, but it seemed like their payment device also wasn't working and further slowing things down. They also have signs inside saying they only accept cash, but they were taking credit card payments, which was confusing.

Really easy to use drive through. Fast service and good ice cream. It's a little weird on the other side of the drive through getting back in the street, but not too difficult. The ice cream was great, and staff was really friendly.
Can someone please change or update your current hours? We are trying to come and spend money and get to the shop and it’s closed. Sometimes you close at 10 sometimes you close at 11 which one is it?. Tonight is a Thursday. I got there at 9:56 doors locked.??? What are the operating hours?

Their website claimed they had grapefruit froyo. They did not. It was dingy, dirty & ridiculously expensive as well.
