Worst Texas Roadhouse I’ve been to. They served me undercooked steak on my last two visits. Prior to this, I’ve never had an issue.

Visited on Saturday, November 22nd. We waited 45 minutes in the queue to get a table, which is expected on a Saturday without a reservation. But once we were finally seated, we waited an additional 20 minutes with no service at all.
We checked the chit on the table and saw our server was listed as Rose. After waiting, my sister went to the host stand to ask for help still, no one came. Ten more minutes passed before anyone acknowledged us. In the meantime, my other sister approached a nearby server to see if they could at least take a drink order or get us started. The server rudely interrupted her, repeating, “I’m not your server, I’m not your server,” even after my sister explained we hadn’t been greeted yet. She didn’t care.
About five minutes later, someone finally came to take care of us. If you're rose and you're reading this. don't be a server if you don't want to take tables!

Hostess was a bit rude but I would assume because of how packed it was. When we ordered we got our order pretty fast. I even placed a to go order an hour in advance. Come to find out I had a piece of plastic stuck in my meal! I wasn’t rude about it at all. Thankfully my meal was compt. Now I go to the to go window mind you I placed it an hour in advance I go to the window and still had to wait another 15 min for it to be ready .

Today was my birthday, I told my waitress I wanted a brownie and the birthday song. I NEVER GOT MY BIRTHDAY SONG FROM STAFF, I waited and waited, even saw a huge table across from me had a nice birthday song and shout out celebration from staff but not CHEF KYI. Then my waitress had the audacity to just come and say happy birthday when bringing me my dessert. I could cry... I came by myself, last year in my 30s and I wanted a good meal and a birthday song, I am here all the way from Detroit, Michigan!!! My meal was excellent, superb...except those extra salty fried pickles. I am just hurt very hurt I never got my birthday celebration song I requested. WORST BIRTHDAY EVER THANKS BUT NO THANKS I CAN NOT COME TO A RESTAURANT WHERE I GET IGNORED ON MY SPECIAL DAY. THIS SUCKED

We come here all the time and enjoy the consistency. Unfortunately last night my steak came out rare..... blue almost, rather than medium rare. I cut into the steak at 3 points getting closer to the center to check it out... finally I asked the server to fix the steak as it is too rare. I was really shocked when the manager brought back the same steak, with 3 separate cuts... put back on the grill. The manager then was not apologetic, or anything but kind of agressive in demanding I check the steak in front of her, which I understand but the mannerisms were um.... questionable, at best.
Frankly I was disgusted they put the steak, that I cut with my fork I've eaten with, and knives I've buttered rolls onto a grill others eat off of.... now the steak is dry as a bone and unevenly cooked...... and frankly I was so put off I just said it was fine to make her go away.
I ate 2 bites of my steak, paid over $100 and tipped my server over 20% cuz its not his fault the cooks messed up my steak. Id kind of disappointed i didnt enjoy my meal, paid that much, and frankly felt bullied by your blonde/gray 60some year old manager.
Idk if id be back after all this. And im thinking about calling and asking for anyone buy the old lady manager cuz...... ummmmm....... wow.

Always enjoy Texas Roadhouse. Pricing is good for the quality of food that is received. We came in for a free appetizer and enjoyed the Cactus Blossom along with our salmon and steak.
This is our favorite Texas RH to dine when looking to have steak. We’ve always had really good, attentive service here. This TexasRH keeps it consistent.

Love roadhouse always usually give good reviews on roadhouse this place was no different manager was definitely very friendly.Came up to our table and checked up on us, individually definitely felt warming at this location. Food cooked well and the rolls are always the best part. Definitely always some noise here. But It's moderate noise.However, you come for the environment, knowing it's gonna be a bit noisy.So just keep that in mind. Good beer selection as well. Can go wrong with texas roadhouse!!!!!
