“Shoutout to Xzavier! He was incredibly attentive and friendly, even with a full section. He’s personally from the minute he introduced himself as our water, was inviting, his beautiful smile was just the perfect welcoming for us to enjoy our delicious meal. Xzavier was hands-down the best server I have encountered in a while. He handled multiple tables with ease and grace during a busy hour. Wait time was as expected on Valentines day. Love that we got to pick out our steaks before being seated. Andrea was amazing, got us our drinks and order out quickly and it was delicious. Wonderful service from her and others. My sirloin was more medium than well but still great.

Greeting at front door including a manager having a group meeting at front door, didn't great us just smiled. Waitress was Awesome!The bathroom needs updating & a deep clean around the wash area. Chicken fried steak was not up to quality of other locations. Out of the several different locations this was the worse one. We LOVE this chain of restaurants in general.

2/8/25 this visit was just too much. today me and my boyfriends family (party of 5) came to this restaurant thinking we’d have a good time.. No. once we made it inside there wasn’t really a wait for a table maybe like 5 minutes. our server, Arianna sat us at a table right in front of where they keep the wrapped utensils, we had fresh rolls but we never got our utensils. we didn't mind it since we were still looking at the menu, she asked for our drinks and left then it took her a few minutes to spin back around ask if we we were ready to order, we said we need a bit more time but she took a while again to come back. we ordered and a couple mins pass by and our salads got to the table.. still no utensils. Then we continued to wait longer for our food, which the server never even came to check on us. we waited all that time and they didn’t even get my order right. i was upset but just ate the food, we were ready to leave and mind you we only got ONE peanut bag at our table so i had my bf ask for 4 peanut bags at the front, im not sure what the young girls name is in the front but she looked a lil emo, had piercings on her face and looked sweet, but whenever we asked for 4 bags she repeated “4 BAGS?!” out loud and proceeded to let the bags fall out her hands like she was throwing them. i didn't realize at first but once my bf mentioned something and i went back inside and told her “you don’t have to be rude when someone asks you for stuff its part of the job” and she replied “i promise i didn’t mean to throw it” but i honestly felt like she was being sarcastic. Overall todays visit was horrible and i do not wish to spend my money there again.

No need to be a wait list, every time you go to the end of the line and wait. Today, caesar salad had almost no dressing, steaks are generally overcooked. Bedford/Euless location very much superior. We go weekly.

Bad experience with the manager. On Sunday afternoon February 1st. The manager “Laura” was rude to me and my group of friends. Some of my friends were visiting Texas for the first. Instead of being reasonable and finding the best solution she left us with no choice. We ask for two additional seats and she allegaste that she never heard us saying that (maybe it was loud with all the people around or maybe the headphone they use one ear didn’t allow her to hear us) So she said the extra two had to wait. I understand Sundays are usually busy however there was an empty table next to us it would’ve been easy to solve the situation the but instead she end the conversation by saying “I’m the manager here and were very busy” please give her more orientation on how to find the best solution.
This Texas Roadhouse IS THE BEST!!!!! Staff Is Always & I Do Mean ALWAYS Are The Best. If Theres An Issue It Has To Be Beyond The Servers Authority. No Need To Call A Manager They Will Take Care Of It.....I Always Stick With The Restaurant That Takes Care Of Us The 1st Time. No Matter Where We Are In DFW If We Crave Roadhouse This Location We ALWAYS return Too

I think what I like best in consistency. You know what to expect and they deliver. Food is good. Service is always on point. Gets a little loud but just part of the deal.
