Shuttle service to/from the airport was nice. This is a bit out of the way, but not too bad. Breakfast options were good -- like any Courtyard. Limited wine and dinner selections. Restaurant/bar closes at 10 which seems a little early. Room was clean. Lots of outlets. Would stay here again.

Jessica at the front desk was a superstar in the midst of a stressful experience, as we and about a dozen other travelers had flight delays that required the use of hotel vouchers at this hotel. Plus, their credit card kiosk didn’t work, so she had to be extra flexible and accommodating, going above and beyond! Jennifer at the hotel restaurant also kindly still served us, even though we ordered food about five minutes before they closed at 10! All of the folks here deserve a raise from their employee and a ton of kudos/patience from any guests!

Stayed here 1 night for business. The convenience to the airport is all this hotel has going for it. 1) The rooms are severely outdated. The furniture seems 20 years old. 2) The lighting in the room is the worst I have ever experienced at any hotel. I could hardly see. 3) No ability in my room to control air or heat. It was very hot. 4) The elevator looks 20 years old. 5) The TV’s were brand new and nice but 1 of them was not working so I had to have the worker come up and fix it. Marriott, Do some work on this location as it is NOT up to Courtyard standards. I will add all employees were friendly and accommodating.

Well let's start - slooooow internet, plus it drops, no housekeeping unless you ask for it, $8.50 microwave breakfast burrito, pool closed, too soft bed, part of parking lot blocked off, had to have sink unclogged, loud air conditioner (it sounds like a washing machine is running), cold drink cooler was almost empty (only Mountain Dew and Diet Pepsi) Staff has been nice and has very easy access to the airport. I feel like I am paying full price, but only getting half service. Would not recommend!

The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. I'm not sure I like the new restaurant format. Coffee is not out for self service. Coffe is behind the counter at the bistro. The location is central to the area that I was visiting and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

You're better off sleeping on the STREETS!! Roaches in the hall way on the way to the gym as you get off the elevator, the older breakfast lady can't tell her hand from her foot and the service at the front desk is ATROCIOUS! Service sucks and they don't wear masks properly. Housekeepers and front desk staff. ROOMS are run down...water damage, hair in the beds and on the floor, roaches on the first floor dead and lights not working in the room. The breakfast lady would touch the garbage and still serve food. when questioned about it, she said... oh that's normal for me. Very poor hygiene!

For AYCE, it is the standard by which I compare other AYCE Korean BBQ places. Is it the best? No. It is however, in my opinion, is the best bang for the buck. There are better places but they cost twice as much. If you're not into the AYCE, they have a regular sit down option downstairs. Lunch portions are good as you can get the dosirak which is the Korean version of a bento. The staff has always been good to us and we have NEVER had bad service

The hotel was clean and quiet. Near the airport but could not hear the air traffic which was good. The bed was not very comfortable though. Not ideal for business, lighting was terrible and made it difficult to read.

Spent a night here, staff very helpful and accommodating, room clean, quiet, and beds comfortable. Was disappointed considering the proximity of the hotel to the airport that I was unable to print off my boarding passes and bag tags. Neither printer was working... Very impressed with the Bistro, food was good, fresh, and hot!! Drinks were good also.

This was my second stay here in 2019, and the staff continues to be great. The lobby of the hotel has been updated within the past 3 years, maybe less and is bright, functional and has plenty of sit down space to enjoy a meal or work. The rooms are the only minor ding, they are just getting due for a refresh. The bathrooms are towards the end of their lives, the carpets are clean, but getting a bit worn, and the rooms in general need an overhaul. Nothing terrible, just getting long in the tooth. The towels are the cheaper Courtyard towels that definitely need to get replaced with something better.

Had to stay a night at DFW and it was hard to find a hotel with around the clock free DFW airport shuttle service, as I needed to arrive at the airport by 3:30am. This hotel was perfect for this endeavor and really nice clean and upscale rooms. Well worth the small price to stay.

So checked in for one night. Wasn’t happy that the only room they had available on an upper floor was a handicap room so took the room on the 1st floor. It was fine. Clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again. Only negative is the rooms have an individual heater/ air con unit as opposed to a central unit with a thermostat. It was very noisy. Good thing I was tired and slept well anyway !!!

This hotel offers a trifecta of benefits. Namely excellent accommodations, close proximity to the DFW Airport and free 7-day parking for hotel clientele who stay at the hotel and then go on travel. For us, it’s a win-win-win. We recently stayed at the hotel by starting our vacation a day early. When it came time for us to go to the airport for travel to Mexico City, we simply completed the hotel’s parking form and boarded their shuttle for the short ride to the airport. Upon our return, we called the hotel for prick-up at the airport. It’s all as easy as it sounds. We're already looking forward to our next stay at the hotel.
