Worst chicken platter ever.

This is the worst location in DFW. Never give good amount of food, always very stingy with it. Also tried charging me for sauce on the side, I get that it is supposed to cost money, but no other location actually freaking charges me the extra 60 cents or so.

Worst. THE worst. One lady who claimed to be the manager did a great job to lose a well loyal customer. I used to love Halal guys until this experience. Walked in. Ordered my food and another employee was attending me half minded and had her interest in some other customer. That didnt bother me until till THIS lady came up and started to attend me. My total was 17$ and change and I handed a 100$ bill and she said “Oh i dont take 100$ bills” and that startled me cuz why would this big franchise not take a 100$ bill? And she claimed she didnt have change upon asking why. I figured another way to pay and gave her 20$. Now she handed me 3$ in all quarters and cents. !? And upon asking why she did that. She said “Didnt I tell you I didnt have change?” And that was enough of my patience. I took the change and was about to sit down to eat and heard her say “it is money. It doesnt matter” yes it doesnt. Guess I should’ve given 17$ worth of quarters and cents then it would’ve. Regardless. I told her this and this guy became a superhero jumped in to save her. From the back shouting at me “MONEY IS MONEY WHAT!? WHAT!? WHAT YOU PROBLEM” as if I was gonna be bothered. I asked him the same thing. He treated me like a squatter or sum and didn’t talk well. And again. This lady said “so what you want me to give you your refund?” Wow. You do all that shit to a customer and ask him a refund? Treat.a.customer.as.a.customer.
Simple. We were not there to ask free food. We paid for what we ordered and saw enough unprofessional attitude. I request Halal guys management look into this matter because its not just me who had gone through this. While leaving I asked their names. They denied to give me. Overall these employees don’t have any sense on how to treat customers. Either they weren’t taught this. Or they don’t want to learn. Halal guys disappointed me this time.

The food was very good but the service was too bad the server’s are lazy and rude to the customers like they are giving us free food they don’t even know basic English they aren’t ready to receive or serve customers they are too busy using mobile phones , when I tried to take a tooth pick she was talking to me in Spanish saying you should ask me with very rude attitude which is not at all acceptable.

We ordered from UberEats, and honestly, it was a terrible experience. The food arrived extremely cold — not even room temperature. I was really shocked and disappointed by the quality. The rice was very dry and seemed like it was taken from the bottom of the pan — hard and not properly cooked. Even the chicken was too tough to eat. Overall, the food quality was very poor, and we were deeply disappointed with our order.

Something super super sad happened to me at this Hala Guys today. The lady behind the counter charged me $1.00 extra for an extra scoop of rice. I have eaten at so many Halal Guys and they have never charged extra. First they have raised the price and now they are controlling the quantity?? I am never coming back to this particular Halal Guys!

For the first time tried Casual Dinner here. Took Chicken bowl, liked the Food and Service.

Nice place to dine. They offer a good variety of options, including customized combinations of Arabic, Indian, and Mexican food. The bowls are the best choice for a quick meal. Service is fairly quick, though hygiene standards seem to slip at times and could be improved

I ordered the falafel sm platter. The size was extra small and lacked any flavor. I'm a Native New Yorker living in Texas and was extremely disappointed with the food. It's nothing like the ones in New York. For the price it's sad how tasteless it was. I was extremely upset at myself for not going to Shawarma World the food is better and the portions are bigger. Unfortunately will not be going back.

As someone who recently moved from New York, I wasn’t sure if the quality would hold up—but this location impressed me. The food was just as delicious as I remembered, and the team here made the experience even better. They were friendly, happy to give extra sauce when asked, and served everything with a smile. Will definitely be back anytime I’m craving a taste of NYC!

The workers there are not nice at all its like we did something horable to them like what did i do and one of them is on their phone most of the time and this is not a one time thing its on a continuas basis
