First time here, and I had a great experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and seated right at the bar. Water with ice and a menu came out immediately—simple but important touches, especially for a first-time guest.

I ordered a couple drinks and a meal, and my server—Anthony, the bar attendant—was excellent. Despite being busy, he remained patient, informative, and focused. Every guest who came up to him got the same level of attention. That kind of service stands out.

I went with the popcorn chicken with sweet chili glaze and a side of potato tots. The chicken hit the spot—crispy, flavorful, and finished to the last bite. Didn’t quite finish the tots, but they were solid too.

The atmosphere was relaxed, diverse, and full of good energy. You’ve got families, poolside guests, and travelers all blending into a laid-back vibe that makes you want to linger.

To cap things off, I asked Anthony for a drink recommendation—and he created a special mango-based cocktail that was honestly the perfect finish. I won’t spoil the details—just ask him for his “drink of the day” and thank me later.

If you’re staying at the Omni or nearby, make a point to stop at The Lake House. And when you do—ask for Anthony. He’ll take care of you.

Better fix the area pulling out the valet cars. My car (tesla) got scratched in the bottom because it sounded from where they pulled out and even the valet guy admitted. But the manager of Omni “Jemery Mason” said that the valet area where they pull the cars are always like that. He said that all other cars and Tesla goes through like that and it is okay. But I am not okay, what is the point to valet and pay if someone else will scratch your car. He said if scratch is okay but damage they will talk about it. He said like if scratching car is fine. LRH, food is really bad. This is the worst Omni in food and hospitality. I stayed in other hotels from 2 stars to 5 stars in my entire life and the is the worst.

Bought a day pass and had a great day at the pool. Customer service (shout out to Kevin btw!!!!) is amazing, he was so attentive and very polite and friendly. You’ll get some pleasant background music, very family oriented and just an overall great experience. Will mostly definitely feel comfortable coming out solo, today I came out with the girls. Highly recommend to come out and relax. Oh, I almost forgot!!! AMAZING!!!!

Love it The best Nice staff Hotel service we Remember from the 70 and 80

Great views, great drinks and great food. We really enjoyed our stay. There are definitely signs it’s an older hotel, our bath drain didn’t drain quickly,and I think the sink faucet handles were installed backwards. The pillows are soft, but lack loft so you need a few to get support. Yet, overall they have kept it up. It was very clean. Quality linens, luxurious bath robe, carpet was clean and I didn’t feel weird being barefoot, the ac and fridge work very well. They offer nice toiletries, and coffee, tea, bottled water. We were comfortable just staying in the room, but it was also great to get out. We tried all the restaurants, saw they offered lawn games like corn hole, an have an excellent pool by the lake where we lounged and enjoyed the live DJ. Omni has a lot to offer and we even saw several families enjoying themselves.

We had a day pass for the pool area and had a great time. Drinks were reasonably priced and food was delicious. Hummus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My only complaint was the music was somewhat depressing. Our waitress said they normally had a DJ on weekends but sadly not the Sunday we visited.

Michelle is the BEST. Never eating food again unless she brings it to me. That good. No cap. 10/10. Goal oriented and a go getter.

Loved the view the scampi app was delicious. I’m happy they have gluten free options, their burger as per the hubs was great. Didn’t feel the corn app so therefore there’s one less ⭐️ but other than that very yum. Great service. ❤️ see you soon.

Great service here even when a storm blew through. Kudos to the bartenders dealing with the weather and keeping the drinks coming!
