Ordered online, I arrived before the time it was supposed to be ready, but had to wait an additional 20 minutes longer (40 minutes from order submission to in my hands) even though the place was empty other than myself and two other guests. The person behind the counter had no sense of urgency: with two to-go orders clearly ready for bagging, she casually put one container in one bag, then brought the plates to the other guests, then put another container in another bag, then stopped to wait for someone in the kitchen to give her a dipping sauce cup, then added another container to the first bag, back and forth. I've got nothing but sympathy for restaurant workers, especially during rush times, but it shouldn't take five minutes to put six styrofoam containers into two giant paper sacks when nothing else is going on, and if one customer hasn't arrived yet, maybe prioritize bagging the other order first! The food was alright.

If you are putting someone in front at least training is important. Educate them about your menu educate about customer service. Customer service is zero at Irving location. if you want to go peri peri go to their Plano location. This location customer service is below par. Also Check your receipt display price and charging price is higher. Check your receipt before paying that’s unacceptable. On asking why it’s the system error sorry. Not going back to a place that will cheat like that. They just lost a loyal customer. It’s $2.00 difference I had all white meat is not allot but still.

Port of perri always slaps. It’s quick and can be cost efficient. The leg and thigh is best at medium spice, the rice and perri fries are all great pairings with the chicken. You can never go wrong with this, the garlic sauce is good with anything. They are very consistent, and I like this chicken better than Nando’s Peri chicken..

Value isn’t there anymore, used to be a decent place. They served bad smelly coleslaw, took it back and didn’t replace with an any sides. Price is up almost 40%, I would avoid. Plenty other options out there.
Update after owner review: so you are telling me that you have reviewed all the receipts since you opened, in such a short time? And I can’t come with family and have someone else order it? This behavior right here proves my point, instead of owning the fact and trying to improve, oh this guy is not telling the truth. All of your locations took a nosedive, well, you only have two locations now.

Cold food, bad service, and zero care for the customer. My chicken was served cold, and when I politely asked if they could heat it up, they flat-out refused. I’ve never had a restaurant decline such a basic request.
The corn was the strangest part: it seemed like it had been boiled and then cooked again, the texture was completely off—mushy in parts, rubbery in others. It was basically inedible.
I would not go to this location again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
