First, our server Annie was AMAZING. All of our food and drinks were very good as well. We went at 7 PM on Friday evening and were surprised that there was no wait. Definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting great food and a nice vibe with amazing service! We will be back for sure.

Tonight was the busiest we have ever seen this place. Live Mariachi band who was Phenomenal!! But we quickly learned that if you’re sitting at the bar you are charged for chips & salsa now, But any where else in the restaurant it’s FREE. We were told that the owners think you won’t eat as much if you are served chips & salsa at the bar! This is TEXAS , we come to Mexican Restaurants for chips & salsa! We have loved going to the Reserve for over a year now but the way we witnessed another customer being treated by the female bartender was unacceptable. She would not wait on the tables in the bar area, we witnessed the hostess coming over and telling her these people have been sitting for a long time and she did not care.the manager ended up waiting on them! It was such an unpleasant experience we more than likely won’t be returning. It’s TEXAS you don’t charge for chips and Salsa and you don’t treat customers bad! We also learned this female bartender is a spy for the owners! We are so disappointed in our experience tonight.
