I ordered a 1/2 dozen pecan chocolate chip cookies and 1/2 dozen tiff choice cookies and OMG! All of the cookies were warm, soft and just baked to perfection! I will definitely be a returning customer!

Update: I did contact customer service and they offered to replace my order . I appreciate the customer service and swift resolution. The replacement is scheduled for tomorrow and this is a coaching opportunity for the store and employee who assisted. Thank you My cookies were packed all in one box and when I asked for them to be separated as I had purchased for 2 different people this is what my friend opened her birthday cookie box. Very unprofessional and unlike Tiffs Treats. I am not happy and was very embarrassed. Please contact me Tiffs Treats as this is not ok !
Purchased some cookies for dessert for the Fourth of July and were pretty good!

Follow-up review. They did not make it right. On Valentine's Day they said they delivered the cookies when they did not. Then they told my BF that I was difficult because I would not come pick them up. Really? Most locations are really good. This one, not so much.
