Just picked up numerous drinks and they provided no drink holder. Their boba drinks are not sealed at the top of the cups. I spilled drinks as I was trying to hold them all walking to the car. How do you provide boba drinks without plastic wraps and no drink holders?! I would not come back here!!!

First off. I should have known that mall boba would be absolutely trash… how they have a permit to sell there food here is beyond me. They have a picnic cooler on top of the counter top that they keeps bags of ice in is completely un sanitary. The drinks have no flavors what so ever.. wait that’s a lie taste like nasty chemical powder that leaves a nasty film in the roof of your mouth. ? if I could give this place a 0 star I sure would. And it’s not even one drink that I’m complaining about, ordered 4 of them with a grand total of $36 of chemical drink with gross boba.

The options here are many. I had the classic with espresso and it was amazing. They come with these weird chewy balls in the drink, I dont know what they are but they are great. Only one thing I didn't like about this place was the cost. We got two classic ones and mine came with espresso in it for $17 and change for the two large drinks.

My daughter and I love Boba teas and honestly the milk teas are really good. BUT THE SMOOTHIES TASTE NOTHING LIKE SMOOTHIES. I don't know what they mix in their smoothies but have a very ODD TASTE.

Because the ratings were not too low decided to try. Always read reviews. Parking lot looked run down. Place was run down. Teas were ok at best. I don't think this is a serious business. No bathrooms... Did not even want to sit or stay but couldn't anyway bc no chairs. I have no idea how this place is still open.

Amazing! My kids love Totally Tea and we are so happy to have a local Boba shop near us. The service is quick and incredibly friendly.
Kid-friendliness: So kind! I brought my kids and niece in. He was so patient and offered samples to ensure they got what they wanted. My little guy loves the coconut milk.
