Don't waste your time to by visiting this place after 7:30pm, four time in a row they close way before stated closing times. This place is a joke. four time in a row I had to disappoint my son. definitely the owner had no clue regarding business ethics. save your time and find an other place after 7:30pm.

Although I paid slightly over $7 for a regular drink, the cups were noticeably smaller compared to other cafes. Additionally, despite the large amount of ice taking up more than half of the cup, there was still about an inch of empty space at the top. As a result, I felt like I only received a few sips for the price I paid, which left me quite dissatisfied. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

There is a girl that works here, she is a student. Every time I visit she always seems annoyed. She's usually on her laptop doing homework or on the phone. When you enter she hops up and runs behind the counter. It's 2023 so I understand the culture is pretty lax these days but I found it very uncomfortable that she took my order while on FaceTime with someone. I ordered 2 Regular(Small) bobas which are completely overpriced. My total was $14.08. I had cash and gave her $20. She asked me if I had 8 cents. I did not have 8 cents. She then told me she did not have change to give me if I paid with cash. I did not have a debit card on me at the time. So I ended up having to leave because there seemed to be no solution as to how she and this BUSINESS could make this transaction work. Could we have applied a discount? Rounded up, rounded down? Not sure, but I'm good on giving this place chances. There's better and CHEAPER boba

The day that my husband and I realized that this place was here we have probably been there #1 customers ? I have not had any issues with their drinks or anything. They always greet us when we walk in and they are always smiling. We are a family that constantly drinks Boba, and I absolutely love this place ? - I literally bought all these drinks!!! Thank you!!!!

Just picked up numerous drinks and they provided no drink holder. Their boba drinks are not sealed at the top of the cups. I spilled drinks as I was trying to hold them all walking to the car. How do you provide boba drinks without plastic wraps and no drink holders?! I would not come back here!!!

First off. I should have known that mall boba would be absolutely trash… how they have a permit to sell there food here is beyond me. They have a picnic cooler on top of the counter top that they keeps bags of ice in is completely un sanitary. The drinks have no flavors what so ever.. wait that’s a lie taste like nasty chemical powder that leaves a nasty film in the roof of your mouth. ? if I could give this place a 0 star I sure would. And it’s not even one drink that I’m complaining about, ordered 4 of them with a grand total of $36 of chemical drink with gross boba.

I ordered the signature drink and tip them $1 so the total spent was $9.92. The tea was super sweet, and I think it's way too sweet. Compare to Feng Cha that is cheaper and cleaner, I won't be back to this place again. I ordered online and went to pick up 10 min after, but they don't have my drink ready. I had to wait a few more minutes which is ok if their AC is not broken. Sitting in the hot room with no AC in September is a torture. TT, you guys need to get it together, otherwise you might be out of business.

The options here are many. I had the classic with espresso and it was amazing. They come with these weird chewy balls in the drink, I dont know what they are but they are great. Only one thing I didn't like about this place was the cost. We got two classic ones and mine came with espresso in it for $17 and change for the two large drinks.

My daughter and I love Boba teas and honestly the milk teas are really good. BUT THE SMOOTHIES TASTE NOTHING LIKE SMOOTHIES. I don't know what they mix in their smoothies but have a very ODD TASTE.
