Beautiful atmosphere, bar looked pretty decent. Friendly staff and great music. Looks like a nice place for happy hour or after dinner drinks. Didn't get to try the food as they were out of more than half of the menu items when we went. Parking is located on the other side of the hotel and is $10 per car through a phone app.We met for brunch/lunch, spent $30 in parking, and unfortunately ended up having to leave to eat across the street. Maybe we'll try again on another day....?

If I could give this place a zero I would. The waiter was rude and dismissive refusing to seat us in a comfortable spot. I will never reccomend this place to any of my Irving business or personal contacts. Instead go to Hugo’s Invitados

Great chips. Good salsas. Fantastic cocktails.Prices were a tad high for the small portions and the food is typical Americanized TexMex / bbq.

The restaurant here takes advantage of their location to charge wild prices for mediocre food. The caprese salad that was ordered was two slices and a sprinkle of greens. They didn't even bother to remove the sticker from the tomato. We were also charged a $9 bottle opening fee when we ordered $5 drinks from the happy hour menu.

I wouldn’t recommend the brunch, but then again it is a Mexican restaurant so why did I order breakfast food. The Mexican food might be delicious, brunch was lacking.

Visited Two Mules with high hopes, drawn by its vibrant atmosphere and live music, both of which did impress. Service was friendly and drinks were excellent.Unfortunately, the food didn't match up. The starters—queso, salsa, and guacamole—were lackluster; especially the queso, which was unexpectedly thick without much flavor. My Impossible taco was similarly bland, a disappointment given my usual enjoyment of plant-based options. The biggest letdown, however, was the ceviche. Instead of the fresh, zesty dish I anticipated, it was whole shrimps in a sauce that resembled cocktail sauce, far from the ceviche I know and love.Despite the great setting and service, the food was a miss for me. I wanted to love Two Mules but left wishing the culinary experience matched the ambiance. I hope this feedback serves as constructive, as there's clear potential for an exceptional dining experience here.

This was our second time at Two Mules and unfortunately it did not live up to our first at all. Their menu had changed and the only vegetarian option available was an impossible taco. I asked if they could make anything else vegetarian and was told I could get a plain cheese quesadilla for $14. I asked if they could at least put some peppers and onions in it and was told all the peppers and onions have been pre-cooked with beef (huh??). I eventually ordered the chicken enchiladas without the chicken and got cold cheese enchiladas. Our friends ordered the loaded tots, brisket on the side, and it was not in the side. I never have this much trouble finding a vegetarian option at a restaurant these days and was surprised how unwilling they were to accommodate.

The prickly pear margarita was incredible; sweet, balanced and served beautifully. The brisket for the tacos and tots was excellent. The only thing negative would be the parking situation. Having to pay to park there was a little ridiculous.

Amazing! So friendly and the food wasn't the same ol same ol! My table loved the livers but not my thing. I devoured the Brussel sprouts! The ribs and the mashed potatoes were amazing. My table tried several items and we all loved our food!
