We came at Universal bakery around 12:35am. The person from the front desk told they were closed. The website said it closes at 1 am. We came here driving 25 minutes to get some desserts for our guests. This was the only bakery that said it opens till 1 am so we came. Suggestion for the management is to fix the website timing rather than wasting customers’s time and gas .

We ordered an eggless jungle-theme birthday cake for my daughter, and it was absolutely perfect! The cake was very soft, fresh, and not overly creamy, which made it light and delicious. Everyone at the party enjoyed it and loved the taste. A big thank you to Ajay for putting in such beautiful details—the jungle theme and cake decoration were spot on and made my daughter’s birthday extra special. Highly recommended! 🎂🌿🦁

Universal Bakery never disappoints! Their paneer tikka pizza is loaded with toppings, full of flavor, and the best Indian pizza in the Dallas area. Thin, crispy crust and perfect for 3 people to share. We also always get the paneer cheese burger and it’s the best paneer burger in Irving. Must try!

I ordered pani puri and tea. The tea was good and nicely made. However, the pani puri was extremely spicy, more than expected. It would be much better if they asked customers about their preferred spice level before serving.
Overall, the taste was decent, but a little attention to spice preference would really improve the experience.

For the price, these pastries should have been the best quality. Unfortunately, they were a total disaster. The texture was dense and, lacking any of the freshness you'd expect. It’s hard to justify that kind of pricing when the quality is this consistently poor.

I took my kids to this store last weekend. They had ice cream. Right after we came home, My little one suffered with full of vomotings. Elder one is still suffering from Diarrhea and stomach aches. I suggest don’t visit this place for ice creams especially.
