Not very good. The tomato soup was the only alright part. The sandwhich was 1-2 slices of lunch meat and a teaspoon of avocado spread on thick hard bread that was almost certainly somewhat stale. ?

Had the BBQ burger. The meat looked like it was prepackaged and not fresh. It had the distinct markings of having been frozen in plastic before. The meat was very greasy and even the bun was soaked with grease and not edible. The burger was $11.99 and tasted like cafeteria food. Do not recommend!

I had the cilantro chicken pizza thin crust. I am on call at Medical City Las Colinas so I can't leave the hospital, but they made my uber eats order in 5 minutes and it arrived just a few minutes after that. SO GOOD. I will absolutely be ordering from them again. Great job!

Okay - My coworker and I came to try it out on a whim and we were pleasantly suprised by the service, the food, portions and follow through.Menu has a little bit of everything for everyone.1. The food is prepared quickly and carefully - you can tell the cook takes pride in their work. I had the Turkey burger with fries(which were the good kind with the crispy exterior but fluffy interior), which left me (very tall and very large person) sated for the rest of the day/evening.2. My coworker ordered the vegetarian sandwich and said they thoroughly enjoyed it with the vegetarian pasta salad. The bread was nice and soft, unlike many of the usual vegetarian options.3. I accidentally left my wallet on the floor or table and they were able to find it and keep it for me until i was able to return to the restaurant after my afternoon meetings.This place is a for sure try!

Food is always fresh and delicious. It is also very clean inside. The Santa Fe Salad is probably my favorite but I haven’t had anything that wasn’t super yummy.

I ordered 4 soups and each one of them disappointed me. The most unpleasant one was tomato soup, it was made out of tomato puree and the taste was awful. Do not recommend this place!

Ws in town and ordered jelapeno angus burger, veggie sandwich, mushroom chicken soup, tomato basil soup, regular fries and sweet potato fries. The food was delicious, esp the mushroom chicken soup including the fries. The angus badger was very large however the meat tasted interesting. I had to check to make sure it is not fake meat. They did caked the food very well and followed extra instructions as well. Will recommend.

Store decided to close at 7 on a Friday, despite being listed at 9 everywhere *including their own website.* Drove out to the shop and the lights were off. The least you could do is update your own website, right? Waste of a trip. If Urban Eatz doesn't value my time, I can't be bothered to give them another second of it on another chance.

It saddens me to have to say this. But we found roaches in our pizza today. We barely opened the bag and pulled out the pizza and saw a bug on the outside of the box. Then opened it, and saw another bug. When they are this small it means there is more that had just hatched from an egg (could mean infestation). Only because we saw the bugs, we decided to check the rest of the food and noticed the avocado was also bad. I guess this place is not what it used to be. We would come here every single time I went to the Boardroom next door. I will be reaching out to the proper departments to report this in hopes that this can be resolved properly. Until then I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Is the food any good? I have no idea because this location decided to permanently change their hours, without bothering to update any on line sites. Currently they close at 8 pm Mon thru Thurs and 7 pm on Fri. I understand if hours change due to staffing issues. Things are tough. Just keep your sites CURRENT. That isn't too much to ask. Posting the change in hours on the door isn't particularly helpful once the customer has driven across town.
