Outstanding authentic Tandoor food we’ve tasted outside of India. One is the best. Their rotis and breads are fresh, non-greasy but yet tasty. Their chicken Tikka is one of a kind served in a hot sizzling pan (just like the Mexican Fajitas) and that was a unique dish.

First time here, food was 6 on a scale of 10, customer service was bad like really bad. They put you in the corner and forget about. No one came to ask if we need anything else. When asked the server where did he disappear he says I am very busy today. Well that's not my problem. Ofcourse, told the owner when we were checking out. He was least bothered to ask how was everything but after I told him about my experience , he tells us come back. Seriously???

Solid food and service. Good location as well. Priced a little higher compared to quality but they do a solid job.

Wish I have option to give zero rating,I am writing this review to give the restaurant feedback and help fellow diners decide where to best spend their hard-earned money.Never ever go to this restaurant, owner is very rude and unprofessional who walked outside the restaurant to argue with us just because we did not eat and stepped out due to compact sitting area where we could hit our elbow person sitting next to us and manager was not willing to move us to another table upon requesting and straight said no as if he don’t care whether we eat their or not.A successful restaurant’s management requires a skill that extends beyond culinary knowledge. It entails providing outstanding dining experiences, upholding flawless service standards.A simple definition is behaviors that fail to meet your customer’s needs and expectations or further exacerbate their problems.Bad customer service which manifest itself as rude behavior, unwarranted delays, and poor communication.

If there was a way to put negative star i would. These people are not even a one star capable. You come here from out of town with whole family for dinner, for 8 people their seating is so congested it will fit only 6. Requested to join another table and they said they cannot, move to another bigger table they say they cannot, moved a seat to side of the table so we can sit comfortably and oh man the owner to fight saying you cannot sit on the side and will have to move back and sit congested sticking with other people. They got loud and argued and if i cant be served happily i am not going to eat here. We got up and left and guess what, the owner himself came out again to fight again outside the door. So people choose how you want to be served and treated by this Urban Tadka restaurant. They made this a lifetime memory for us that we will never forget.

Food is great here. The rumali roti and Paneer Mirchi Masala the pakodas were extraordinary. The seating was a little congested, we were a party of 7 and our elbows were touching. We ordered Mixed veg pakodas and Grilled Paneer, they were pretty good. Mango Lasso was surprisingly delicious. For the main course we had Paneer Mirchi Masala, Baingan Bharts, and Nawabi Kofta. The Baingan Bharts was exquisite. It was smokey and was very flavorful. The Kofta was not bad and as I mentioned the Paneer Mirchi Masala was splendid. It definitely is on my list for multiple visits.

We were staying overnight in the area and I was looking for some place open past 8pm with vegan options. Indian sounded good. The atmosphere and the food were very authentic. It was very busy, but the servers were nice and accommodating. We both ordered Vindaloo and agreed it was the best we have ever had. Super spicy, so fresh and flavorful. Note: if ordering this dish vegan, specify which veggies you want. Mine came without any, despite asking for veggies, so that was a little disappointing. The entire process took 2 hours, so if you do go, just plan on it taking longer than other places.Parking: We had our rear license plate stolen during dinner. While it wasn't the restaurant's fault, it is something to be aware of, especially if you are traveling from out of town.
