Extremely Disappointing Experience at This Venue
I attended a wedding here recently, and the experience was shockingly poor from start to finish. The parking situation was an absolute nightmare. Guests were confused, there was no clear direction, and to make things worse, we were harassed for tips by attendants and still had to pay to exit the garage. For a wedding venue, that’s completely unacceptable.
Inside the venue, things didn’t improve. During dinner service, there was a ladder set up over one of the tables for nearly two hours while staff struggled to get the projector to work. It was incredibly disruptive and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the venue operator’s lack of organization and empathy caused significant emotional distress for the bride, both on the day of and even afterward. This venue clearly prioritizes profit over professionalism or hospitality.
I would strongly advise anyone planning a special event here to look elsewhere. What should have been a beautiful and memorable occasion was overshadowed by chaos, poor management, and complete disregard for guests and the couple.
Edit- in response to the owners comment. I was there August 31st for a wedding but thanks addressing the issue stated above. Great management skills...

Attended two business events here this past week. The atmosphere is spectacular and the food and drinks were great...but let me tell you, Emily is hands down the best bartender I've ever encountered! Personable kind, attentative, and super efficient. If I owned a bar, I'd hire her. Cam was wonderderful as well!

I normally don’t do reviews good or bad.i just could not hold back on this one considering it was supposed to be a special day for my wife and I. The event was wonderful ,I paid money for my guests to come share my wedding day . With no thought of inconvenience them in anyway specially financially with them having to pay for parking, and Alcohol even though we paid for full open bar.

Couples be WARNED. Also, as I have posted to various Dallas Wedding Groups, a lot of couples have experienced the same thing as me!
As a bride this past August, I want to share both the positive aspects and the significant concerns we encountered during our wedding experience at this venue.
First, the venue itself is undeniably beautiful, and the food and drinks were great. The bar staff were wonderful, and honored all of our guests requests for specialty drinks.
However, my experience was marred by several troubling issues that prospective clients should be aware of.
One notable concern was the presence of large, gaudy couches that were not indicated in the provided floor plan. Upon arrival, I found one positioned directly in the middle of the dance floor. When I requested its removal, I was informed that it would incur a $25 fee to move it outside, even when my wedding party asked and agreed to move it themselves - requiring no effort of the venue staff.
Additionally, I encountered complaints from multiple guests regarding the valet service. I had paid $650 for a "Valet & Security Package," but unfortunately, there was neither valet service nor security present. There was no promised street parking. Guests who parked in the garage did not receive the promised validation, as well were harassed by the ‘valet staff’ for tips. This was SO tacky and incredibly stressful for me to be told over and over again by my guests, on MY WEDDING DAY!
No security was present on the grounds during my entire wedding day/ evening - even though I was charged for it? Isn’t this illegal for event venues in Texas when alcohol is served?
The BIGGEST oversight involved a ladder that was positioned above one of the guest tables for TWO hours during dinner service! The staff struggled with the functionality of their projector, which led to a botched surprise slideshow presentation that my husband had meticulously planned. He had mentioned this to the staff FAR in advance - promised that it would run smoothly. My maid of honor had to trouble shoot the equipment to get the slideshow to play for over 30 minutes!!! Instead of taking responsibility, the staff attempted to shift the blame onto my husband and my DJ ( an outside vendor) - rather than ever saying “sorry” for not testing and ensuring the equipment would run smoothly, as previously promised.
I reached out to the venue staff immediately following my wedding regarding our concerns and received no apologies, or acknowledgment. After several back and forth’s , the venue owner had agreed that I was owed a $500 refund for the lack of valet/ security/ and projector incident . I waited for several weeks for the check they said was on its way in the mail. However, after many weeks and days of me having to follow up on the status, I got an email stating I was now only getting $325 and via Zelle - so they lied for several weeks stating the check was in the mail, as well the amount.
While the venue is visually stunning, the business practices I experienced were disappointing and extremely unprofessional.
