if i could give lower then 1 star i would, went to this Wendy's around 7pm in the drive thru and was told to wait a min. which was fine till it turned to waiting for 15min and they didn't say a word! i drove off and saw the girl on her phone not doing anything and the place was EMPTY! Will never come back to this one, would rather drive farther to another one. Unless this one got new staff or better service.

Really fine hairs all over the hamburger patty, not sure if someone dropped this over carpet and picked it back up to put on the grill.
$12 is too much for this.

After a long drive, I just decided to stop at Wendy’s being that it was near the hotel!
Let me tell you where Wendy’s ever!!
I asked them nicely to remake my sandwich as the meat looked like it had been sitting there a while looked all dark and crunchy they went back. They made me one came back within two seconds gave me a raw sandwich, pink meat. I was so mad I had to walk out I didn’t even take a photo however by far worse Wendy’s I have ever been to,
I would not recommend this Wendy’s on anyone

I don't usually post about fast food but this experience was a cut above , it was immaculate clean , food was fast and fresh , it was definitely a different change from what you might know as fast food. Great job everyone here , you are doing a phenomenal job!!!

I've tried calling the store SEVRAL times, my client sustained several injuries at this location, I need to speak to a manager but no one is picking up the phone.. I've called Corporate and they claim they don't have the claims department contact information. Its been two weeks since my first call and no one has reached out. DOL 03/24/2025

I stood there with my hungry kids for 15 minutes and no one attended to us. The staff were there and didn't even say nothing to us. We left without getting attended to.

We visited this location to get a sandwich and fries. After placing our order inside, we encountered a woman wearing a Wendy’s red t-shirt, possibly a manager. Unfortunately, her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. She came across as arrogant and lacking basic customer service skills. I also noticed her treating her colleagues poorly, especially the front desk cashier, in a very bossy manner.
When we asked her for some sauce, she dismissively gave a side-eye and said it would cost 25 cents. While I do enjoy the food, the experience with this employee was very disappointing. Because of this, I would not return to this store and will be advising my friends to avoid it as well.
