Pretty much rude. Girl in the drive thru with glasses talking about “here you go”…working at Wendy’s is literally a choice. Nobody’s making you work there.

2nd or 3rd visit. Most Wendy's have better vibes for me. Store Needs more cleanliness. Dispensers were either not functional or too low to be used. Drink dispenser needed cleaning, and was not fully functional. Customer service was not as friendly as it could or should be. Burger was okay, but not as enjoyable as at other stores.

I specifically asked for ranch in my sandwich instead of mayonnaise, they couldn’t get that right. They also make all there cars pull up and wait on the side for there

1 other person in line, and she was a food delivery trying to pk up order. 2 ladies prepping food. We stood there for good 10 mins waiting to be served. They just look at us and turn away. Women asked twice if anyone working registers, dead silence! This is at noon so been open! Food cold! Seriously! Not busy and what were you doing so long back there and still had food come out cold

These people are Idiots!!!! I walked over from the hotel and all the doors were locked. At 3:30 pm on a Sunday!! So I walked through the drive thru and the employee is sitting on the prep counter. He answers the window and said I could come in. I made him aware that ALL the doors were locked. He handed me my order. I walk back to the hotel to eat and discover my Dr. Pepper is actually a Coke. ?The fries were cold and soggy and the single seemed old too. Not good at all. I should’ve went to 7-11 and got my own food to make.I also hate the stickers Wendy’s always puts on everything. No need to on a mobile order. Maybe on a door dash order or something, but on a mobile order?? You end up tearing the paper sack open and for drinks, you have to remove the lid or poke through the part of the sticker that didn’t come off when peeled. It always sucks no matter what you try to do.

They are serving people burnt food with hair in it here. I wish I could give zero stars for this location . Ordered from the breakfast menu only to receive it charred and with someone hair on the sandwich. When we returned the food it was like we were in the wrong for wanting to return the food and wanting a refund. Then was asked to return the following day for a refund since the manager is not there. This was a horrible experience and this location needs some training for proper food handling and customer service . Inspect your food or better yet do not even come here.
