A solid three. Pancakes are the bait here (wife loves them)... Everything else is the switch. Servers are nice if they're not short staffed. This place is more miss than hit so it's hard to love. Been a few times and the last time was the last time. Hoping to find a better breakfast spot. It's good enough for what it is in lieu of an IHOP I guess.

Came here 5 times during my trip to Texas, and loved every single time. Obviously the pancakes are the highlight, with every single one I tried (tres leches, banana pudding, biscoffs, blueberry lemon ricotta, and donuts) were really good! Even better is that everything else I tried was also really good, from the burritos to the steak!The servers were awesome, and recognize me and my friend after only being there once, and were pretty on top of keeping water/coffee full. Highly recommend!

So yes, it's very obvious this place used to cater to a very different type of cuisine. I liked it though, it was pretty to look at while I enjoyed my food and just Wow! It's not the kind of thing you drive forever for but it's where you go when you just want a comfy place to read a book and enjoy some pancakes. The eggs were perfect, and I asked for a well cooked hash brown and I got it hahaa. The waitress was so nice and just the right amount of attention and space. Sadly I'm cursed to forever be taking a bite when you try to talk to me. The woes of life. Admittedly the restroom could use a dusting but it was well stocked and sanitary. Overall, I enjoyed the food and peace. Great way to start a busy day.

We were placed at a table and given water. Than waited more then 25 minutes for our order to be taken before we got up and left. It was not very busy, no more than 4 other families besides the two of my in my party. The food is very good but the service has gone down since opening. Might be a staff issue but it was unfortunate to see our waiter walk by several times and not tell us anything. I get faster service on Uber eats than I do at the restaurant.

The location needed cleaning. It was not cleaned at all. Our server was great and accommodating. I also had hair in my eggs scrambler. The owner made it right and made me a new meal and free dessert. But we won't be returning.
I love this place. The owner is really nice. She has a kind heart. My chicken parmesan pasta was superb. The pancakes are fluffy and tasty. Very nice variety of pancakes. And they are fluffy and tasty.

I decided to try something new today, so I came to we pancakes and I LOVED IT! This is one of the best places I've been to and I was just overloaded and overwhelmed with the amount of options they have for pancakes. I tried the New York cheesecake pancakes and OH MY GOSH they were just delish! I will definitely be coming here again and it am looking forward to it!

I have been a regular at we pancakes for a few months now and I must say, they never fail to amaze me. Their servers are very kind and thorough, their food is exquisite and pretty fairly priced might I add, and their pace is spectacular. I meant he food comes out so quickly the server might as well be delivering me the food before they take my order lol! I absolutely adore this establishment, their employees, and especially the food! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family, and I hope they continue to thrive!Kid-friendliness: This establishment has some great employees and are very friendly towards kids. The waitress even designed my son's pancakes to put those illu little faces on them!

Avoid this place! Other than nice but overworked staff, there was nothing good to say about this place. It took us an hour to get our food. Meanwhile, tables on both sides of our booth were getting apologies from the staff about one thing or another. Oh, and the pancakes were terrible. So dry I had to spit it out.
