They were swamped. I was there almost 30 minutea for hashbrowns and a biscuit. It was one lady running around doing a lot herself. I wanted to tell her Ma' am, u should get your 2 employees in the dining area, it's no time for a break!!

If you order from either uber or doordash this place is not it you will be waiting for your food for a long time, canceled my order from that place because it kept going thru different drivers

A lady came inside and ordered 15 meals. Instead of moving small orders while working on her big one. Everyone who came inside had to wait for them to finish all her orders before receiving a thing. 10/10 would not recommend as they should’ve denied the order and made her make the order online.

Every time I come to Texas, I I look forward to ordering Whataburger! It seems to me that every time I eat at this location, I am less satisfied with the quality of the food. The burgers were dryer than I remember & the malt wasn't all that spectacular either. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad. It just didn't live up to my standard for Whataburger.

I want to say thank you Sandy hopefully I spelled it right (guy) and Jim was very helpful and T. Our order wasn’t right but they made sure that we were taken care of and I truly appreciate that. Our food was cold and the fries was wayyyy too salty and the chicken butter biscuit was hard and cold. I asked for a well done burger not burnt or cold. I truly want to say thank you Jim (sweetheart) Sandy (Guy) assured me that nothing would happen to my burger??????or food and T was very polite when we complained. YALL keep up the good work!!!

I go here all the time in the mornings, and I go inside. It's always a fun bunch in there. Good people, never had any issues. Food is better then other locations I've been to, for sure. Clean inside. Clean outside. Seein some low reviews here, kinda suprised actually. This morning, the manager at the counter was very good, hooked me up. Good guy. Everyone there has a personality, and everyone is always nice, but not too nice, like totally fake. That's why I dig it, I'm very comfortable waiting in there.
