Uber eats, location 410 S Loop 12, Irving, TX 75060. Every time I don’t know why I keep doing it . I love Whataburger but , every time I order and I mean every time no Ketchup, No Spicy Ketchup. No exta sauce that was paid for. And to top it off. Can do with out the condiments right but, to not out a whole meal not ONCE. BUT TWICE . I Will continue to post exactly what I get since simple directions can’t be followed NOR the phone Answered .POST 1

This is the most ghetto Whataburger I have ever been in. They openly cuss in the lobby. Using disgusting profanity to talk about customers in the drive-through. Loud enough to wear. Customers in the lobby can hear. April 10 1:28 AM.The food wasn’t for me I was picking it up or someone else , and I was legitimately disgusted, even having to be in here. Not to mention they move slow as molasses with five people working in the back!

I stopped in for breakfast and sat in the drive through for twenty minutes before they took my order, repeated my order four times and they still got it wrong. Hashbrowns were old and hard like they were from the day before and every bite of my breakfast sandwich had egg shell in it. I will never eat at this locations again. This is horrible and a waste of money.

This location has terrible service in the morning. The coffee is barely warm, not anywhere near being hot and the orders take way too long. My biscuit was cold. Makes you think why my order took so long then my food was cold. Sometimes the lobby is locked when it's supposed to be open 24 hours. Hopefully the service and food get better as the day goes on, but don't count on it.

I was given the wrong order then when I was telling the girl at the window what I ordered she closed the window in mid sentence. I don't know what salad I finally got, however, it certainly wasn't Cobb ?

The food was okay my biscuit was hard on my breakfast biscuit sandwich but the sausage and egg was good. But that customer service could've been better way better but I've had worse ?. But the wait was RIDICULOUS my man and I waited in line for almost 30 min yea so I'll NEVER BE BACK. Lol whataburger is on Forbes anyway they don't need our money!!!
