My experience was about the disregard I was given with only 1 vehicle when I arrived spend about 8-10 minutes on their order long but no problem but to make me wait and more than 5 minutes before talking mine a burger an rings then customers get their food before me 32 minutes overall

We waited 45 minutes for 5 burgers with fries and when we finally got our order, we were missing 2 burgers, 2 fries and sauces. Most of the food was cooked alright and when made aware of the problem there was no hassle and we received the rest of our food about 5-10 mins later.

Only 2 cars in front of me took almost 20+ minutes to get my order. When I paid and was given a receipt, I noticed it said grilled jalapenos. The burgers should have been plain. I advised them of the error and was assured my order did not have grilled jalapenos on it. Instead of making a new correct sandwich. They just took the jalapenos off. You could still taste it and it made me Ill within minutes. I would have called and made a complaint but they took my receipt and never gave it back. I will never return to this location.
