EXTREMELY SLOW, I can never come on my lunch break. I’m ALWAYS sitting in the drive thru line for 15+ plus minutes. There was only one car in front of me today and I sat and waited for 15minutes and I couldn’t even get out of line because of the way this location is set up. THEN, my food was COLD my fries visibly looked old, the bag stained with grease stains. I asked for a refund and was just handed the money, no acknowledgment or anything. I HATE this location.

Food order was correct the drink was supposed to be a large DIET Dr Pepper, I ended up with a SWEET tea. As a diabetic this was not only a complete opposite of what I ordered it could have been dangerous to try and consume. Do better Whataburger.
