Arriving with the intention of having a comfortable breakfast, and then making a large purchase for my work team. 5:15 in the morning. And the restaurant closed. What happened here?? Not that it was 24 hours. Especially being so close to one of the largest airports in the country.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Whataburger on Sunday, April 14th between 10:40pm-11:00pm. Despite not being overly busy, I waited at the front counter for over 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or taking my order. When an employee finally approached me, I was shocked by their unprofessional response. Instead of apologizing or offering assistance, they told me to "hold on." As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, this employee's behavior fell short of those expectations. I hope management takes this incident seriously and takes steps to address the issue. Losing customers due to poor service is a serious concern.

We ordered 5 burgers at supper time. It was not super busy. It took over 15 minutes to get our food ordered “To Go”. We left and went to our motel. Opened our bags and discovered only 3 burgers. We were missing two. I drove all the way back and told them we were missing two burgers. They announced that they did make them. I told them u might have, but you didn’t give them to us. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get our missing food.Parking: Tight.

I don't know why I keep going to this particular Whataburger. My order is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. They don't listen or pay attention to anything you tell them. It should not be hard to mess up a PLAIN cheese burger. Meaning don't put ANYTHING else on it. But to receive it and sure enough, lettuce, tomato onion, pickles. *sigh"And not a napkin in sight. Is that not standard? Putting napkins in a bag of food??

We were on our way to the airport to park at the parking spot. We had plenty of time to order, get our food, get parked and then shuttled to the terminal. We ordered and there were 3 cars in front of us. We waited 17min. for the 1st car to leave. The 2nd car 5min. At that point we had waited 22min. We left without getting our 1 burger with fries and soda. If we had waited no doubt the food would had been cold and additional time waiting for another order. Unfortunately this is not the first time this Whataburger has has slow service. Extremely disappoint that the service cannot get better but continues to get worse.
