Came in for an early lunch and had a very poor drive-thru experience. I was left waiting at the intercom with no acknowledgment. I stated through the intercom that I was ready to order but received no response. After several minutes and watching three cars in the other lane move forward, I assumed I had been missed. I could not back up or leave because cars were lined up behind me, so I pulled forward to the window.
At the window, a young lady with a nose ring immediately gave me attitude for not ordering at the intercom. She stated, “We only have one person taking orders.” I tried to calmly explain that I had been waiting and believed I was overlooked, but she shut the window, then reopened it and continued with an unprofessional attitude while completing the transaction.
Poor communication and customer service made this a frustrating experience.

Went through the drive thru thinking it would be faster. Wrong. To the person in the Drive-Thru..., if someone tells you they want a number one, that means they want the entire meal, not only the burger. You don't have to ask do I want only the burger after I say I want the number one with the Dr pepper. Secondly, there was no one in the Drive-Thru. I was the only one..so there is no need to ask me to pull forward. And after repeating my order several times and answering questions to confirm, she still forgot my order of onion rings... causing me to go inside. To the girl in the Drive-Thru.. .think about it. You have a very easy job. Stop asking a million questions... and listen.

The food was only ok... After all that.
