Overall was fun and upscale! Our server was a perfect 10 in serving us and leaving us alone to chat. The chairs had no cushion and were very uncomfortable in the bar. The same chairs were outside which does make sense but and we had to move outside because it was so loud we couldn't have a conversation between us. Food and drinks were great.

Whiskey Cake is never a disappointment. Their food is always amazing and they do a great job with their service. The restaurant can get a bit noisy due to the open concept though. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend most all of their food items on the menu. I'm not a brussels sprouts fan, but I love theirs. I ordered a side with my meal this time. The whiskey cake is also amazing and recommended to get with ice cream. And we can't forget their cocktails and whiskey options! They have an incredible selection of options and a cool display of it all behind the bar.

Whiskey Cake is one of our “go to” places and tonight the food continued to excel but the service was off. We waited 11 mins to be recognized by a server and that was after we call out to them. Food service was good but waiting for a receipt from paying the bill at the table was another 10 mins and had to go find the waiter.

Awesome visit. Omg this was such a breath of fresh air. My family and I gather often and wanted to celebrate my sister's bday or normal 10 ppl turned into 15ppl. I searched and searched and this was the only place who offered 15 ppl without having to book a room. I called reserved spoke to Adrian who was great. From the time we walked in to leaving every last person we came in contact with was outstanding!!! I greatly appreciate the kindness, hospitality, customer service. This place exceeded my expectations my sister was so thankful and smiled the entire brunch. Our waitress shameka the hostess was 10noutta 10 the food outstanding everything and everyone was great. We don't find every detail marked when we go out this will be in our rotation for sure we really enjoyed.

The only thing this time was the server kept reaching across me to get to the other person as opposed to going around me to serve or hand them something and that was very annoying!!

I usually receive great service at Whiskey Cake, but this particular time the service was horrible. Our server was not very attentive, focused more of his time on a cooperate mixer, which keep in mind the gratuity is already added to parties like that so it's better to focus more on your smaller tables. He never came back and asked if we wanted additional HH drinks, and by the time he came back HH was over so of course he charged full price for our last round of drinks. My macaroni and cheese was ice cold, and it took a long time for him to even ask how the food came out. Sent Macaroni back to get reheated and of course by the time it came back out, I was done with my food. Just very lack luster service. Also after I left they called my personal phone to say my card was charged incorrectly, when I clearly see the full charge indicated via my bank app. Just really horrible service and a really sucky experience from start to finish.
