This location ALWAYS messes up! If you’re craving Wingstop, go to ANY OTHER location! Waited over an hour for COLD, HARD FOOD! Fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday! Wings hard as a brick!

I’ve always been to this location and wings were good but the last time I went the wings were nasty and not cooked right. They tasted horrible I had to throw $60 dollars 3 times. I made a complaint and they never got back with me

Ridiculous events tonight
Fries were wrong flavor
They were out of corn, but didn’t tell me they were just gonna let me leave without a substitution
No tea the machine wasn’t even on and I don’t drink sodas
Completely filthy which pictures will be provided
If the manager they brought was even a manager, she looks like a teenager and she didn’t even know how to get the tea machine on, so I don’t think she was a manager
They were gonna refund me for the drinks and the side and when she finally returned to the counter, she said it would be 5 to 7 minutes and I thought I was waiting on somebody after another 10 minutes I asked and she said 5 to 7 days
I had been there a total of 44 minutes I said just give me a whole refund. I’m done. I don’t want anything.

Ordered a 50 group pack at 5 pm online and was told it would be ready in 1 hr I show up and my order is missing items that I was not told about but I happen to checked before leaving. I arrived at 6 and didn’t leave the store till 6:40 waiting for ranch because they didn’t have any made! Which I never received because the longer I waited the longer our food got cold. There was over 15+ upset people in the store that were having problems with their orders please do better!!!!

Many orders have gotten cancelled because this location is so slow I literally order a fries and a soda it shouldn’t take 1 hour every time poor time management and service every time not ordering again from this location! The one 20 minutes away is faster!

Just ordered a 6 piece combo on door dash the food was horrible the wings was old and the fries was overly salty I call the store ask for the mgr on the the guy who answered the phone said he was. I explained to him about the food he responded and said everything was cooked to order.I ask him for his no he told me no cause he didn't do anything I can call bk tomorrow. If you didn't do anything why wouldn't you give your name. I will be speaking to cooperate tomorrow I never had a problem with this store during lunch hours

I ordered a delivery order from the website around 10:45p & the carrier STOLE my order and cancelled it. I was in distraught and not to mention was at work and planned to eat on my break. I ended up coming in to the store and told them what happened with proof. The lady at the front (Kayla) and the manager (Rachel) were so helpful in helping me resolve my issue. Customer service was a waste but they remade my order & everything tasted so good! It didn’t take long and everything was fresh and tasty! I appreciate their enthusiasm, especially with it being a hour to their closing. Thank you so much 🫶🏾
