We got there at 11:30 p.m and they said it was close. BAD SERVICE 👎 WILL NEVER COME BACK.
I came in Friday at 11:45 to place an order for food, 150 wings to be exact. Ricardo had a terrible attitude while I was placing the order, he was visibly bothered that I was placing an order. He also kept sighing and was clearly upset at me inquiring about food pricing and how many people something I wanted to place an order feeds as I had to order enough for 25 people. My guess is the conversation he was having with his colleague was more important than attending me. Maybe the fact that he now has to work and make 150 wings is what bothered him. I don't know but either way that was terrible service. I wouldn't want him attending any of my customers, not with that attitude.

I try to call in my order but the guy told me had to come in or order online . So I get up go to the Wingstop order my food he said be ready in 15 minutes I said okay . I went to the store got bk order ready . I notice the bag wasn’t that heavy so I got in my car something told me to check my bag . No fries got my order completely wrong .To top off my food was cold . What I don’t understand if I just order why is the cold and not hot !!! The will the be the last top I order Wingstop in Irving on Valley Ranch !!!!

Ordered well done, but was not well done. Fries were very soggy. And I arrived before pickup time. Nice worker at front desk. Did not enjoy my food

Very horrible and disgusting customer service. We ordered 25 wings from uber eats and fries. When we received the order the bag was sealed. When we opened the bag we saw 15 wings were missing from our order. We called the store and the manager (Ricardo) said to bring the order back and he would remake the order. We brought the order back and he threw away the current order. Then told us our order would be remade. When he gave us the remade order he only put 5 wings in it and told us he couldn’t do anything else and to call uber eats to remake the order. Which is nonsense because the bag was not tampered so it was not the drivers fault. The bag was sealed to begin with. Ricardo then started telling us he won’t give us anything for free which made no sense here since we paid for 25 wings. Then he started arguing with us and showed us video footage of them supposedly placing the wings in our bag but the time stamp in the video was incorrect and it was another persons order in the video. This is very ridiculous how he treated us. I have never had this experience with any restaurant before. Also Ricardo threatened us to leave and started waving bye to us as we left. He looked like he was on drugs because his eyes were swollen and there was a smell coming from his breath. Will never go to this wingstop again and encourage nobody to support this location if the management treats their customer like this.

Horrible Service and Manager Harassment - Avoid This Location!
I had the worst experience at Wingstop today, and I’m seriously shocked. First, my order was missing items, so I went up to the counter to ask about it. The manager, Ricardo, was completely rude from the moment I walked up. Instead of trying to help me or apologize for the mistake, he immediately got defensive and started arguing with me. I stayed calm and just asked him to fix the issue, but he just kept talking over me and acting like I was the problem.
When I asked for a refund or replacement for the missing items, he got even more hostile. He literally started harassing me, making rude comments and not addressing the situation at all. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional he was. I’ve never been treated this poorly in any restaurant.
I’m so disgusted with how I was treated, and honestly, I’m never coming back to this location. If you want good food and decent customer service, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Ricardo the manager is one of the worst manager they never put my order in the bag and told me the Uber eats driver ate my order but the bag was sealed! He used bad language and was really rude to me. Wing stop needs to do a better job with hiring

Especially from the manager. If your having a bad day don’t come to work and don’t work in customer service! I see exactly why the guy before me knocked the stuff off of the counter.

Back in Texas and our friends were craving wings, so obviously we stopped by the nearest Wingstop! Service was top notch. Place was spacious and clean. Wings had lots of flavor and fries were actually crunchy and "fried" well.

My fries were overcooked, my food took way too long after it said it was ready, my wings were undercooked causing me to throw up right after i ate them. I love wingstop and I wouldnt want this too effect how often i come but this sucks. I now do not feel well due to this visit......please make this right
