Tried a Wingstop chicken sandwich for the first time and got an entirely raw piece of chicken patty inside. Completely unacceptable and unhygienic..!!!
Shorted us at least 10 wings. Email them and the box was full. Tried again and they offered me French fries. It we ordered fries in the order they shorted us. Each basket had like 10 fries. I want my 10 wings back. Dud!

Terrible MANAGEMENT!!!!! The general manager there is rude as hell!! Was picking up my order when i heard him cussing, in employees face cussing at them. I don’t know i believe his name is Gary! So if you go there be in for a rude unprofessional environment.

We placed an order for over $750 on July 12th for an event.
We received a call 15 minutes before the oder was due to have them inform us that they were not going to be able to make the order when the order was already paid for. Order was submitted on July 8th for July 12th pick up. We we were told the order was going to be cancelled and shortly after, had a conversation with the General Manager- Gary. Gary apologized for the oversight and let us know that he was going to be refunding the order in full and still completing the order while understanding that it was past the time we needed it for. A week later, Gary was avoiding speaking with any person regarding this order and kept telling us he was refunding it that day and would be giving us a call once completed. We stopped by the location to get an answer on the refund with still not resolution. We called on August 11th, and had Jay the Assistant Manager talk to us very rudely. She didnt' want to share any names and kept placing us on hold each time we were asking information on how to connect with Gary. I shortly spoke with the Manager on Duty, Jabari who informed us that no ones has the power to refund that large of a refund and that I would need to have a conversation with Gary. When asking for him, I was told he wasn't in and they didn't know when he would come in. Finally getting his number, Gary let me know that he recalls the events and needed to connect with his District Manager. After 4 hours, Gary calls to let us know that he did not promise a refund and they were not able to refund anything.
Gary refused to give me the District Managers last name. I only have his first name being Adam and a phone number. Had to leave a voice message to try to connect with him and have already submitted complaints to the Wing Stop Corporate Office.
This is very bad business practice and we will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
They do not have customer service skills at ALL! They lie and they do not make deadlines. Jay, Jabari, and Gary are all very rude people and under deliver.
How are you going to promise a refund to a customer and then not refund it. We already made other arrangements to feed people after we were told they order wasn't going to be ready at the time it was promised for. The order should have just been cancelled and left alone.

Genuinely might be the worst location. Everything is caked in oil, and I mean DROWNING in it. Employees don't check Doordash pick ups anymore. Most wear dangly jewelry over food and touch their faces after handling food w/ no gloves. They eat DIRECTLY IN FRONT of the register and don't wash their hands after; probably to hide from a camera. No gloves, on the phone, touching the register. I don't know how it fell off so quickly. Boxes don't fit the wings and the fry portions have shrunk. All the girls have comically long eyelashes that fall on the floor and over the fryer.
Just gross all around. The soda area is usually sticky too.
Just let the staff go and restart the whole place man its sad to see, especially as someone who both works in food service with Servsafe certificates. Lowk might report the place at this point its not worth trying to keep up with :((((

Tried wing stop for the first time in Lenoir tonight. Huge mistake. Spent $30 on two meals just to wait 40 minutes to receive our food. Not only were my wings cold, but they were also the wrong flavors. Ordered hot honey and Korean q and I got lemon pepper and buffalo instead - both of which I don’t even like. So I don’t know if it’s just because I don’t like those flavors, because my food was cold, or because they just weren’t good in general, but it was a terrible experience. I was so excited to finally try wingstop but I’m so disappointed.

Went here with my son today ordered our food and then she told me 18 minutes. We waited for them to call us never did then when i walk up to the register told them we have been waiting for 30 minutes. She goes to the back and our food has been sitting here 😤 Definitely not going back and it was my first time today!

DO NOT order from here! I received a wrong order and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. The person on the phone was VERY rude!!! It’s basically stealing from your customer, no food or refund! Beware!!!!!

This beautiful women came and gave my son a brownie made his day and mine she is amazing I never got her name but I wish I had. She was good with the service made it quick and easy with the menu definitely a keeper. Food was made so fast j order 40 plus wings took em like 5 to 8 min tops definitely going back
