The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

I picked up an order. The restaurant workers were more concerned with Door Dash drivers than actual customers. When I got my order home, I noticed we were missing the seasoned fries. When I have to pay more than $50 to get take out food, I expect to get everything that I order.

I normally don't write bad reviews, usually giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was a bad night or whatever, but I won't be back to this location. The food was just 'ok.' Worse, the staff were shouting profanities at each other and it was a complete zoo in this restaurant. I'm seeing 3 locations near me and they all have poor ratings, so it's likely a systemic issue higher up in this company. There are better options out there for wings - wings and burger factory over on belt line for example.

I ordered through uber eats tonight and I get it the system makes mistakes. It was buy 10 wings get 10 free for $12.99. The issue is when I expressed concerns about missing 10 wings the manager Bianca at this location became outraged yelling with an attitude, informing me that uber has been messing up orders all night. No apology and just hung up the phone
