This was my first time trying this place I ordered a simple Deep Fried Nacho Roll no avacado.... What I thought was a simple order but when I got my order it had avacodo in it. Seemed like a simple fix I took it back in to the person that took my order and she proceeded to tell me no that's probably cucumber, I stated well this looks mushy and I'm pretty sure that's not cucumber (not to mention the roll did not come with cucumber in it). After asking the chef he stated it was cucumber and apologized and offered to remake it. At that point I asked the young lady that took my order could I add cream cheese in the place of cucumber and I was willing to pay extra. She was hesitant at responding as if she didnt know so she asked another young lady that was there eating behind the counter...it seemed like it was becoming a hassle so i just stated nevermind and walked back outside for a moment. When I came back in the ladies seemed to stop their conversation and laughed. Now maybe I was making assumptions but at that point I said I dont find anything funny I was willing to pay extra for what im asking for.... long story short Me asking for an extra ingredient that I was willing to pay for seemed like an issue so even though my food tasted pretty good (only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1) the second time it was made it still wasn't exactly what I really wanted, and I wasn't happy about the customer service. I was hoping I had found me a go to sushi spot since I'm new here but instead found a place I would rather not return to... the young lady saw that I was upset and tried to tell me she could ask him to add cream cheese and proceeded to tell me she was new, which I'm not faulting her for BUT overall the situation could have/ should have been handled better. I shouldn't have had to say I won't be returning to then get decent customer service.

Great little sushi place tucked away in a shopping center. Lots of options for sushi rolls and bento boxes. If you’re in the area, check it out.

This was my first, and sadly last, time trying this place. I got a teriyaki chicken bento box, edamame and Tonkotsu Ramen.

Edamame - dry and season-less. It’s like they took a bag from the freezer section and ignore the prep instructions and just put it on high for 8 minutes. How do you mess up edamame?

Bento box- fine overall, a lot of food which is nice. There were 2 hairs in mine however, long ones that I only found after taking a bite. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on the first one, but there’s no way 2 random ones made it in from me when I have my hair up.

Ramen - bad overall. The Chashu was 95% un-rendered fat. The eggs are clearly just hard boiled and slapped in there, and overcooked because it had that dark gray ring around it.

Really disappointed overall and if I had that Adam Sandler click remote I would go back before ordering and stop myself.

I've been trying to find a new place for ramen after my usual place changed hands and changed everything. This place is so comfortable and everyone is nice and the food is good! It's needless to say I found my new place.

Best Ramen in DFW! I am a huge ramen fan and go all over the place and I have yet to find a place that beats Yasashi! My son says they have the best chicken teriyaki and my husband swears by the lobster tower. It does look a bit dodgy outside lol but worth it!
