Zalat was recently listed in D Magazine as one of the best takeout pizzas in Dallas and I would wholeheartedly agree. I think it is fun to have more than one place to go for takeout pizza and that is so easy to do with so many places to choose from. Zalat's pizza is perfect for picking up and taking home or to your hotel room or to a local park picnic table and ENJOYING! We had ours a little cooled and it was superb. This was our first time at Zalat so we have not tried many of the combinations. We chose the Supreme Veggie and the Simple Basil. Both were outstanding but the combination of the Simple Basil (marinara, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and FRESH basil) was very memorable. You can smell the basil and see that it is freshly torn as you take each bit (YUMMO). I would definitely get either of those flavors again......but why not make your way through the menu? I would like to try the Pho-Drizzle inspired by the Vietnamese soup (YUM!!!) or the Elote inspired by the delicous Mexican street corn. Zalat also has all of the more tradition topping combinations as well. The service was very friendly and timely. The inside of the takeout restaurant was very clean and I enjoyed the quirky messages on the pizza box (even on the bottom of the box). What I found interesting on the box and there was signage in the store indicating that they offer a Reaper Roulette and ask you to take the reaper challenge. For Reaper Roulette, the staff make one of the slices INSANELY hot and you do not know which slice it is. Hey, that sounds fun to me. May do that next time!We would definitely return!

Typically I'm a pizza snob, but Zalat is definitely my preferred pizza to go with. They taste good and quality is great.
Pizza made to perfection every time. Not just your usual "fast food" pizza! This one has style and unique flavors and they have fast and friendly service. I'd recommend 100% as the best pizza in DFW!

I’m going to preface this by saying I LOVE ZALAT. So much that my husband used to work there so we could get a discount! They recently changed their crust from fresh to frozen AND IT SHOWS. I tried to order my usual and it just tasted like a chain like Pizza Hut or Dominos (actually I rly like Dominos crust). I think they may have changed the recipe too because it was just not good.I hope this review shows Zalat that the people want the CRUST back!! I also wanted the fresh Z-bites but I understand not doing that anymore due to demand
This place is awesome! Great pizza and even better service. Stayed open late and remade a pizza after Uber eats never found a delivery driver and I had to go pick the pizza up myself.

It twas a dark and stormy night.... My tummy was a'rumblin and I had to make a decision QUICK!! I know anytime I come to this Zalat location they make sure they take care of me. The food is always absolutely delicious and the workers are always kind and quickly get my order out. I even got a nice treat tonight on top of my order. Thank you very much for all the great experiences ??

It USED to be my favorite pizza place, but the quality has declined so far. They don't have same personality they used to, the "masterclass" is barely that at this point, and it's become a headache just to order online. For some reason, certain items will keep you from being able to order your food although it won't tell you that. I just found out on accident that's how it works. The biggest issue is the quality, though. This is now the second time my husband and I have gotten sick after eating Zalat. Long story short, choose a different pizza place.
