Today is my born day (Feb 2)🥳 but I'm not feeling well so I decided on food delivery. This was my first time ordering from Zeytin's and it was delish!🤌🏾

Update: Feb 14. Very disappointed in the box I just received today. There are legit only 13-12 fries in the box...lml.

This is the worst food I've ever eaten in my life it was disgusting, they don't even know the difference between...Shawarma beef and gyro sandwich or the guy who took the order is a fool , first time and last time

Solid 3.5 overall. Food was good, service was good. Atmosphere was nice. Really like the brick oven and the bread coming out of it. The hummus with meat was decent, but coated in lots of oil.

While staying at a nearby hotel I searched for nearby food options. So glad we found Zeytin Mediterranean Grill! Food was delicious and freshly prepared. Service was excellent and very attentive! All at very reasonable prices! Highly recommend!

Everything about this spot feels half-baked. From the interior design to the food. The best redeeming quality is the friendliness and standards for service.
Before i say what could be improved, i will add that i wouldnt recommend this place for any occasion other than affordable takeout to satisfy a craving.

Food: Some dishes are definitely better than others, but Turkish street food disguised as elevated fancy dishes is a disservice, honestly. Presentation was beautiful, but attention to detail in the taste and preparation was low. Tomato sauce lacked depth or excitement that it was presented to possess. Yogurt sauce lacked the herbal zing that Elevated Mediterranean sauces are known for!
The tomato+cucumber was too modest in portion.
And the grilled tomato+zucchini feels inauthentic for a few dishes..
The “saffron” rice feels watered down and without resonance of herbs or flavor.
The naan/pita bread was alright and fresh, probably, but is too modest in portion if its hand made.
The doner and meats are overall a bit salty for my tastes, and lack the beauty of fresh, juicy cut meat.
Imagine eating reheated meat from a street food vendor in Turkey!! Not accusing but its what it tastes like in some dishes..
Lastly, the radish is lovely but string radish as long as ramen noodles is silly. I shouldnt have to twirl the radish around my fork to then pick up rice, fruit, and meat. Its a lot of excess work to enjoy a quick bite. Its a fun addition in theory, but practicality is the nature of Turkish foods in my opinion. I should be able to combine each element of a dish in a single bite in a comfortable and consistent fashion.
For the owner: Aim for elevated dining or quick street food, and separate or refine your menu accordingly. Be consistent for the experience and expectations of your guests..

INTERIOR: I genuinely enjoy the ambience of the dine-in experience, some refined music playing softly or even jazz wouldve been nice to eat with.. but the decor is nice at least. Its a beautiful and comfortable seating. My only qualm is the feng shui.. too many tables and too cramped. Its seating for a sloppy diner yet masquerading as a fine eatery. Inconsistency in design is poor taste. Be consistent and the target audience can be happy always, but inconsistency makes for an awkward experience.

I was extremely disappointed. The food was not only unappetizing but also inedible. The quality was far below expectations, and I ended up throwing the entire meal in the trash. I won’t be ordering again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

This was the third time we have been to Zeytin and both other times the food was great but this time was a sore disappointment. We had a party of 6 at 5:30p today,(Saturday) and we were the only party there for the first 20 mins of our meal, and 3 of our 6 dishes were cold (they should have been warm). The meat was tougher than usual and my partner's salad tasted freezer burned. I was upset because this was the first time I'd taken my extended family there. Unfortunately we won't be back.
