After 12 hr work day , wife sick can’t cook r drive . Stopped and went in ordered a 20 piece nuggets and large fries. Got home which is 4 miles away, box only had 16 nuggets. Called and person on phone said I can come back and pick up the other 4 . Said no I’m not driving back . Put someone else on phone they said sorry and hung up . Got hung up on 2 more times , but shouldn’t have surprised me at Italy Location.

Please update drive thru hours. Came at 4:30 am wanting breakfast and no one responded and we went around saw someone with a headset on but no response. At least let us know you aren’t taking orders instead of having us sit at the window confused.

Came thru at the tail end of my roadtrip. Asked for a Quarter pounder Deluxe by name. With extra pickles I instead got spicy chicken Deluxe with extra sauce. Had been craving a burger and on a diet lately. Even brought my own kitchenette for my trip. I also am lactose intolerant and didn't bring digestive aid with me. There was soo much sauce on the sandwich and one side of it too. I literally was like wow what did I do to deserve this? Is someone mad in there? So sorry I disturbed you.
I ordered an M&M McFlurry at the drive thru . When they handed it to me, it was an Oreo McFlurry. I told the girl that I ordered an M&M, she pointed to her screen and said I ordered an oreo, basically saying that the person I gave the order to couldn't have made a mistake and I was a liar. She refused to correct the order.

I ordered coffee, I gulped something and spit it out to see what it is, it was coffee grounds.they put coffee grounds and hot water to serve. AVOID THIS PLACE THEY MIGHT PLAYING WITH YOUR FOOD!!
