I had a great experience at the McDonald’s in Italy, TX. Brad, the manager, was excellent. He was very friendly and clearly cared about making sure everything was right. Even though they weren’t busy, he made my food fresh to order, and it ended up being some of the best McDonald’s I’ve had.
I eat at McDonald’s fairly often, and this location really stood out because of the service and attention to detail. Brad made sure I was taken care of and the whole experience was quick, easy, and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be stopping here again when I pass through.

I order online. Went inside to make sure if i didn't pay twice. I wait for about 30 minutes for some to help me. They didn't, just looked at me.They had plenty of people standing around nor offering any help. I will not be ordering anything from them after 6pm. They were rude and the worse customer service I ever seen in my life. Especially the manager, she knows better. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING 😡😡😡😡

Placed an online order to pick up curbside. I ordered two grinch meals. One Big Mac meal and one nugget meal. Pulled up and waited 15 minutes. While waiting, cars are in and out of the drive thru in no time. After 15 minutes, I pulled around to the drive thru line. I spoke with someone regarding my order. I asked if there was an issue on my end when checking in on the app. I was informed there was no issue and that the delay was cause by running out of nuggets. They said the next round of nuggets has two minutes left and then they’re done. I stated that was no problem and asked if I should continue on in the drive thru line or if they wanted me to go back to my curbside spot. They instructed me to return to curbside. I waited another 25 minutes. Again, while waiting the drive thru line was short and people were in and out with no delay. I was the only one stuck waiting this long for food. I then called my husband and asked him to call and ask the status of my order. He spoke to someone that again said the delay was cause by waiting for nuggets. They said the nuggets will be done in five minutes. My husband informed them that I was told 25 minutes ago the nuggets would be done in 2 minutes. They again just said for us to wait 5 more minutes. Finally, after waiting a total of 45 minutes, I received my order. I requested ranch online. Didn’t receive that. After waiting that long I would’ve appreciated my order being correct. I was expecting delays due to the grind meals being popular but 45 minutes and everyone else was getting their food quickly is ridiculous. I understand this is not the problem of the minimum wage worked in the drive thru and I do not blame them at all but not once was I approached by a manager to be given an update over that 45 period. There was no communication on what was happening with my order. It’s also frustrating that ordering ahead is an option to “skip the line” but then I get there and it’s a 45 minutes delay. A regular, sit down restaurant would’ve gotten my food out sooner. If something like this would’ve occurred at a different fast food place like chick fil a, I would’ve been updated regularly, been comped for the meal or given food vouchers. Overall, I’m upset about the wait time, lack of communication and then the order not even having everything I requested.
I’ve seen your reply and attempted to complete the form several times and the website crashes every time after I submit. This is the most frustrating experience.

all in all this place is a good McDonald's the only problem I have is every time I go get a caramel frappe I always have to wait I don't understand why

This has GOT to be the WORST McDonalds in the country! Maybe the world! So slow and they have no idea who is doing what!! Unbelievable! They need to either close it down or have someone who knows what they're doing take it over!!!! Second time in a year pasing through and made the mistake if stopping again! NEVER again!! Been waiting 15 minutes and only 2 people here!!!! Customers walking out because they're such a clown show! People come in and then they walk out in frustration!

Walked in and the restaurant was super clean. The greeting was very lovely and friendly. Our coffee’s were caffeinated just perfect. Made a second stop for some more coffee and lunch. Delicious and made to my liking. They were very kind as I asked for certain items to be removed from my burger. Will definitely be back.
