Only the older lady and the manager Savannah were nice/helpful. The rest of the younger employees were being rude and standing around. Why apply to a job if you don’t want to work.

Always a great experience to visit this Sonic when I’m traveling. The manager, Arturo, is always so nice and even remembers me and, on occasion, even addresses me by name.

If you’re looking for some fast food on the go, stop by and say hi to Arturo.

Whoever is getting their pay deducted for sauces needs to chill.. lived here almost 2 years and never ever ever got ketchup mustard ranch or anything I requested. Are yall okay Italy sonic? If it’s extra just tell a bieh I got that.. but otherwise can you be serious already lol

I order a hot fudge sundae. I was told they don't do hot fudge Sundays. They told me they could do a chocolate cup. Which is literally just a small cup of their chocolate shake, which is not what I ordered.

Stopped in to grab a quick bite, it's Sonic. Boy was this a big mistake. Looks like they have two people working. One cooking and one trying to work drive through and front counter. Not fare to employees or customers. Needless to say the orders are wrong and wait time is ridiculous.

First and probably last time here💯... It was 2:30 ...I went in I wanted a triple smasher Burger💯❤️... I had to wait for them to quit gossiping in the back to come and help me💯😡, then when I told the young lady I wanted the number 2️⃣ only the 🍔 (the triple smasher)... She said I was just informed they're still frozen🤔🤔🤔🤔💯💯.... I asked what do you mean🤔💯? Are they not made fresh🤔💯?... And it is 2:30 in the afternoon, this seems very unlikely to me💯💯.. So I asked her is there a 1-800 number I can call and complain because this does not seem right to me💯💯...(in a nervous voice💯) She said yes.. it is posted on the front....Anyways they won't have to worry about me coming back in here again💯💯... I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING FROM SONIC 💯💯💯💯💯💯... I will include a picture the complaint line was in case someone else to make a complaint 💯💯💯

Waited over 30 minutes for an online order, and no one ever brought it out to my car. I went inside to request a refund and was told that they were unable to do that because the order wasn’t in their system. Won’t be coming back here.

I will not comment in depth since I was a GM for those particular Sonic a few years ago and it would be a conflict of interest. With that being said, from a customer stand point, wait time was longer than other locations, food was mediocre and greasy and prices seemed higher than Hillsboro and Itasca locations.
