I am absolutely disgusted. I bought my mother-in-law a shake today from sonic in Italy. She had plastic in her shake This is absolutely wrong and it’s not the plastic from the cup because the cup lid is perfectly fine in this picture. So someone didn’t do their job, right

Great service, especially that I ordered lunch at 10 am. The cashier was kind, and didn’t have an issue with making me lunch instead of breakfast. The food was yummy!!!

I ordered two burgers. The food is often luke warm but today it was ice cold. I mean it felt like it came out of the refrigerator. Seriously, how can anyone think that is okay.

This place was one of the absolute best sonics we've ever gotten food from. Every crinkle fry was hot and perfectly crispy. The jalapeño poppers were also perfect and of course my double burger was neatly built and wrapped with precision. The girls all greeted us and were super friendly. Great job guys.

Only the older lady and the manager Savannah were nice/helpful. The rest of the younger employees were being rude and standing around. Why apply to a job if you don’t want to work.

Always a great experience to visit this Sonic when I’m traveling. The manager, Arturo, is always so nice and even remembers me and, on occasion, even addresses me by name.

Whoever is getting their pay deducted for sauces needs to chill.. lived here almost 2 years and never ever ever got ketchup mustard ranch or anything I requested. Are yall okay Italy sonic? If it’s extra just tell a bieh I got that.. but otherwise can you be serious already lol

Stopped in to grab a quick bite, it's Sonic. Boy was this a big mistake. Looks like they have two people working. One cooking and one trying to work drive through and front counter. Not fare to employees or customers. Needless to say the orders are wrong and wait time is ridiculous.
