I will not comment in depth since I was a GM for those particular Sonic a few years ago and it would be a conflict of interest. With that being said, from a customer stand point, wait time was longer than other locations, food was mediocre and greasy and prices seemed higher than Hillsboro and Itasca locations.

Used my card last night and had my debt card information copied by the drive through assistant.I asked her why she swiped my card 2xShe got really nervous refusing to answer just a shaking hand and red face asked me if there was anything else.I will need to get in contact with someone in corporate. The manger there just told me that was Impossible and hung up on me now has left the phone off the hook so no one can call them.

Very confused the whole time about our simple order. Gave us the wrong food. Took it back. They then gave us half our order. The burger didn't have the right toppings and tasted old. Went back again to get the rest of our order and they said they were still cooking it. Chicken slinger came out super burnt on the outside and weird and chewy in the middle, I literally had to spit it out. Tots were cold and stale. Added 20 mins to our long trip sorting it all out. Yuck.

We just brought food home. Burgers were horrible. My husband's fries tasted like they were leftover from lunch. My onion rings were soggy and I could not eat them. DO NOT go to this location.
The mgr waited on my family and I! She was great. She had really impeccable customer service and she was very kid friendly. My children just adored her! I will definitely go back, and I suggest everyone pays a visit. If your visit is half as good as mine wise, you’ll be happy.!!! Thank U Mercedes for your great customer service! Keep up the hud work

This place is ridiculous. Ordered 3 meals and for enough ketchup to dip a couple fries. Had to ask twice for more. Had to ask for our third drink and for enough straws. Seems they can’t really function!!

Got my order. Fries were cold I asked if I could get hot fries counter person said I didn't order them fresh. I said if I pay for food I at least expect it to be warm. Burgers were worse my son and I only ate like 2 bites. I assume they had been sitting for hours. Very Nasty.
