I’m not necessarily giving the store five stars, (or the taste of the water/sodas) I’m giving the guy who is almost always at the window 5 stars….don't know his name I can just say he's the one who has pretty eyes and so nice.
Always treats you with respect and manners and kindness.
This lil Taco Bell plopped in good old Italy TX struck gold with him.

I just ordered 3 dorito supreme tacos and they gave me the tacos dorito regular, I called so they can resolve the issue and I got no answer. Very disappointed
Whoever bagged my Uber eats order need a raise!!! I was upset that I forgot to order my sauce and the person who bagged it had put some in there for me!!! Thank you!!!

Restaurantji Recommends
I walked in and wasn’t greeted or helped at all. Had another older lady and her husband show up to order food. They stood at the counter for 5 minutes with nobody helping them. Another guy walks in and gets the same treatment and just chooses to leave. Afterwards another guy comes in and looks at the menu, looks down back to see if there are people working and then I recommended he use the kiosk because the staff hadn’t helped anybody. The old lady ends up trying to use the kiosk and runs into issues. So after her being in the Taco Bell for over 10 minutes I ended up helping her with the kiosk and one other girl after her. During the time I helped these people out one employee was nowhere to be seen, one was on his phone texting, and the other was doing some light sweeping, but not a single customer was helped the entire time I was here. Would not recommend, all 3 staff should be fired, and if the owner thinks this is an acceptable way to run an establishment then this Taco Bell should go out of business.

I HONESTLY CANT TELL YOU...The last time I walked into a tacobell and didnt walk out disappointed. UNTILL today. MOSES was probably the most respectful employee I've ever seen work at a tacobell let alone anywhere . FOOD was fresh and hot not lacking quality or quantity like most. I don't know if he's the manager but he should BE . Thankyou Moses. US truckdrivers appreciate it.

Had a 15 minute wait that turned into over 20 minutes to get food that seemed to be prepared before I even got there. Soggy, chewy taco shells, cold tortillas. Horrible.
