She was so nice and they were so fast that it made my past grudges disappear. “I had such a great experience at this Taco Bell, thanks to their incredibly kind and thoughtful staff. We stopped in with our baby, who at that moment was craving nothing but plain rice — not the usual order at Taco Bell. Without hesitation, the staff were happy to help and provided some rice just for her.

It might seem like a small gesture, but as a parent, it meant a lot. It showed that they genuinely care about their customers and are willing to go a little beyond the usual to make someone’s day better.
