Multiple visits now saw extremely slow service at drive-thru.
Today after waiting in a long unmoving line went inside. Observed at least 6 employees. And no inside customers. I went up to a young woman at the cash register to order and was interrupted by a young man who said “ she’s taking an order right now. “. This guy had on a headset and appeared to be working the drive thru service. But she was taking orders for drive thru. She ignored me with flat affect.

We eat Sonics all over Texas.. This one is our regular stop traveling to and from our daughters in Valley Mills.. Exceptional food, service, cleanliness and politeness.. One of the best in Texas for sure! Keep it up Itasca!!
Fast is a joke. I was a walk in while my husband watched dog in dog park. Over 15 m8n of waiting while online orders took priority. That is not fast food and I didn't appreciate wasting 15 minutes of my road trip because a walk. in to order was treated with no importance. Not a place we want to repeat. Why has online orders become more important than us?
