Bought lunch shrimp tackle box it was horrible my shrimp and biscuit was hard as a rock not to mention the fries were so nasty never again!

Today like around 1 PM I stopped by to purchase a meal. Nobody greeted me. Everyone was standing around the manager was doing orders. Everyone else was starving. Terrible service. There were people there before me that were still waiting for their order A customer literally waited more than 30 minutes for his order and it was only a three-piece meal I waited there about 15 minutes before I even placed my order. That’s ridiculous. They made a mistake on the customers meal. The customer got upset and he just told them just give me the sandwich I had to go back to work. I’m running late now. That’s ridiculous. I understand that sometimes it can get frustrating but if you know you need more people to help you need to hire more people. This terrible service on the way around will never go back there again ruin my experience

The elder black was rude n they got my order wrong when I came to get what’s rightfully mine they gave me bs they could of atleast let me have what I had already for the inconvenience!

Bad vibes, manager is rude. Employees need to keep comments to them selfs. And not make it known how you feel. Food sucked wings were not prepared with the seasoning. It was just put on a plate and the wings on top. Quit if you are noy a people’s person. I would have fired the whole crew.

Oh my, where could I start, staff isn’t pleasant at all. While placing order I couldn’t even get what I wanted to say out, they favorite word is WILL THAT BE ALL, they try to rush you out the line.

Oh my God found a roach in my potatoes. I was given chicken strips instead of thighs and legs. Since it was last night they would not give me my money back.

I just had to find a way to leave a review! This Popeyes is Superb! No matter when I’ve ordered in the past or recent, they have provided A1 customer service all around. The food is always fresh and tasty. My order have never been wrong, and I’ve never had to wait for my food. I appreciate this Popeyes soooooooooo much, and their consistency! Keep up the great work!

An employee's vehicle is currently blocking access to the road, causing a traffic hazard. This individual is engaged in a conversation with other employees and has been doing so for approximately five minutes. As a result, me and other drivers was forced to merge into the drive-through lane to avoid the obstruction. I am not going to eat here.

When I arrived, all the employees greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. They all even assisted me with using their mobile app. I was very pleased with the GREAT customer service and the FOOD was FRESH and FAST. I’ll definitely be back to this location due to their professionalism and kindness.

Parking: No issues with parking.

i got a spicy chicken sandwich, and it had little to no spicy mayo on it literally had one pickle and looked like it was just tossed into the bag. i’ve always had problems with this location not sure if i’m returning again.

One of the most professional drive thru order/service experiences that I've had in a long time. Very refreshing.

Lot of bumps on the parking lot and to exit from there is so high that your car for sure will get scratch underneath and front side

Parking: To exit the parking lot is so high that for sure you will bang your car on the front side no matter how slow you exit from there

When I pulled up to the establishment.. i had told them i was picking up for a mobile order, got my food but they missed a drink they were suppose to give me.. and got it back after i had missed that error

but that’s not the issue.. the issue is the employee giving me a mean mug like i put her in that job position and she don’t like it.. so it gave them the okay to throw my fries in the bag, not doing my order right when i say no ice, no means no ice.. but they still do whatever they want

if you want good service and neatly served food.. go to the one on Wallisville
