Didn’t stay over, just stopped in for lunch at the restaurant. Grilled chicken sandwich was a really nice portion, with fresh veggies - but the star was the sweet potato fries. If they aren’t house-made, then they came from a great vendor. Long-cut, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. They’ll be a great nosh for happy hour!
My Family and I used to Love JRs, the menu, the food, and the regulars always made this place what it WAS.
Unfortunately the city slickers that bought it have ruined what was Jacksboros best dining establishment.
The menu got hacked, the chefs are mediocre and the regulars are now gone..
Such a shame ..

The menu was very limited. I think they wilI have a full menu soon. I was actually surprised it was under new owner! I must have missed the sign...
The chips salsa, queso good..... but chips were very little in basket....wasn't enough for for queso and salsa. The food was good. Staff was limited.
