We were in town for an afternoon before heading to a local ranch to embark on a week-long hunting adventure. Cute. The big garage door was open when we went, and we made a nice atmosphere. Had the Buffalo chicken salad really good, I had a lot of blue cheese (like ALOT). Service kinda slow but nothing horrible.
Husband had a really decent fried chicken sandwich with delish fries. I had the pulled brisket street tacos with red onion and avocado on corn tortillas. Couldn’t detect any seasoning in the brisket at all. No bbq flavor and no texmex flavor. Just bland. Beans and rice were strange— gummy (microwaved?) rice and diluted refried bean water. Wasn’t offered a comp when we mentioned we didn’t like it, but I didn’t pursue it with waitstaff either, so that’s on me.
