The Gem of Jacksboro! This town has a surprising number of really good places to eat for the size of the town. This place makes me forget all the others when I drive by! Seriously, there has only been one time I could resist and it was only because I had two bottles of water before I left home that day! I would happily eat here even if I was craving another type of food.
Tacos were juicy and very flavorful, seasoned perfectly. Rice was fluffy and the beans were earthy. Will definitely return.
Seriously… the best place in Jacksboro, I haven’t had one bad thing on the menu & Alondra herself is the sweetest person.

Taqueria Alondra is a gem of Jacksboro. This place makes people forget all the others when they drive by. It is the best place in Jacksboro, with not one bad thing on the menu. The pastor burrito, extra pineapple with green salsa and a side of chips & queso is so good. The burrito made one person speak Chinese. The drink got a reaction of wide eyes and wow. The birria tacos are forever craved, and one person travels an hour just to eat them. That tells you how amazing the food and service is here. It is definitely a place to visit while in Jacksboro.
