Just left the Starbucks in Jacksonville and I wanted to take a moment to send a shout out. I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely smile, helpfulness and great energy of the woman who helped us. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. She was genuinely engaged, told us about the options for my tea and then actually brought us the food instead of just leaving it on the counter after calling my name. Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a favorite store with friendly staff who are always kind and nice. The employees are genuinely engaged, helpful, and provide great energy. One woman in a leadership position had a lovely smile and shared an inspiring message to the team. The manager is amazing and works hard with the employees. Specific baristas like Jazzy, Katie, Miguel, and Maytte are mentioned as amazing baristas who get orders right, with Katie getting customers hooked on Matcha. The staff makes customers feel welcome and cared for, whether inside or in the drive-thru. While the app could be easier for customers, the service is excellent, and the team leaves a smile on every face.
