While traveling through Jasper, TX we stopped at the Burger King for dinner. We paid for our meal at the second window and declined the receipt since we saw the charge hit our account. Shortly thereafter we were told that the broiler was down and they were waiting on it to warm up. After waiting over 30 minutes we finally received our food, checked to make sure it was all there, and drove off. I opened my whopper burger and saw two tiny patties but proceeded to eat the cold burger....read full review
the service here was absolutely terrible. the people that were working had poor customer service they were rude, and they overall did a bad job. and then on top of all the rude actions they didn't even get our order right. I'm very disappointed at how they acted.

tried to deny me and my service dog access tell me she wanted to see her papers.... NEWS FLASH THERE ISNT ANY PAPERS THAT LEGALLY STAND! THEY ARE ALL SCAMS! there is no certification or registration IN THE US THAT HOLDS LEGAL VAULE! as literally u can spend 20-200$ to make your pet rock a "service dog"!!!
