Went through the drive thru and ordered loaded tiny tacos and was given tiny tacos with no sauce or toppings. Went inside and was told they didn't have the cheese sauce. No offer offer of exchange for something else or my money back. The staff member was rude and was looking at me like I was the stupid one. Complete contrast to the gentleman that was working the night shift a few days ago. He was kind and accommodating.
It was the worst service. We were the only ones there when we first got there and it took the girl like 20 minutes to take our order because she kept waking off and talking to the other employees while we were trying to give it to her. She was not interested in taking our order at all. Then it took another 20 minutes or so to get the order. I think the AC was out also
Pulled up to the drive thru, ordered a chicken sandwich and an order of curly fries. Response: “We ain’t got no curly fries.” OK, ordered regular fries. Response: “We ain’t got no reg’lar fries neither.”
She just didn’t want to drop fries during a lull period. I guarantee.
Went to McDonald’s. The had plenty of fries.
