So today there were three of us, I'll break it down. 1 pulled pork sandwich, she said it was alright just not much flavor and no smoke at all. 2nd was a rib plate. It was outstanding clean bones all around. I got the three meat plate, as it was the first-time there I wanted to try a few items. Brisket was moist and just falling apart. We LOVE this place. We have changed the way we travel to visit my family in Mississippi just so we can eat at Smitty’s. Sliced and chopped brisket amazing! Ribs are falling off the bones. Sides are fabulous!!
