We went into this very cute shop about a month ago with our friends. We had such a nice visit with the woman that owns the company. I’m such a coffee snob. I have been so spoiled to good coffee living in the PNW. This is the best coffee in TX! I’m so happy we found it. The crème on the top of the coffee is perfect. It is so smooth and flavorful. Highly recommended.
Amazing hospitality and coffee! The owners make you feel at home and the atmosphere is very welcoming and inviting. It is will definitely be on my “must stop” places list when I visit Jefferson next time.
William knows his stuff! His coffees beans create the best tasting coffees I have ever found, and I have tried MANY! Whether hot or cold, the smooth taste stays the same, never acidic or bitter. I usually buy the Annie Get Your Gun Espresso and the Steamboat Dark, but will eventually get around to trying more. I prefer dark roast and these do not disappoint. They sell online which is convenient, but the store is a must-see and experience if you are ever in Jefferson.
