Normally this is a nice location and the employees are great!! This employee did not have my order correct, did not like the fact that I asked her for what I asked for. Took the cup slammed it into the trash, jerked her neck made voices batted her 3 inch long artificial eye lashes. She did this in the presence of the manager. She is not on par with chick fila employee standards
Very disappointed in my visit to this Chick-fil-A
I ordered an 8 count nugget. While I was biting down into one of them I bit into a bone. Out of the Over 3 decades I have eaten at chick fila I have never had a hard bone in my nugget. I called and spoke with the manager Mario he was confused and told me he had never seen this as if he didn’t believe me. I went back to the restaurant to show them in person.
